Des de la recepció, passant pels empleats que ens creuàvem pels passadissos, fins als cambrers ( i cuiners ). L'esmorzar m'ha agradat molt i molt.

Aquest hotel d'estil colonial situat a Costa Adeje ofereix un spa de luxe i vistes espectaculars a l'oceà Atlàntic. Disposa de 5 piscines, envoltades de terrasses i jardins. The check-in was amazing, they gave us some champagne for a welcome and the whole check-in was smooth. The rooms are amazing, spacious, the bathroom the bed.. and the bed is the most comfortable bed i have slept in (pillows are very soft and comfortable)! The decorations outside, inside really such a beautiful hotel.

L'Hotel Botanico y Oriental Spa Garden ofereix 3 piscines exteriors i un allotjament de luxe en uns bonics jardins, amb vistes a l'oceà Atlàntic i el Teide. This is a 5 star hotel in every aspect. They deserve a long and excellent review so here goes..... They arranged, at our cost, a comfortable car for transport from TFS so the 45 minutes or so to the hotel flew by. Then they upgraded us on arrival to a penthouse room which had a deck and overlooked the pool. Absolutely lovely. They smartly include three sizes of bed pillow for each guest and made the twin beds into one king size one for my husband and myself. Our floor maid team headed by Jennifer was excellent every single day - you can put a card if you want to keep the sheets you have for water saving. There are 5 floors to the hotel and the restaurants and amenities (including a billiard table and a pool table and fabulous library of lending books of all languages on the 3rd floor) ping pong in the garden, and three different pools which I loved for different times - smallish spa pool quite warm, outside spa pool very pleasant w not shivers on getting in and then the main pool which is beside the outside dining for lunch which is beautiful but much cooler and was mainly unused by people sunning in very comfortable loungers. I have never in all my travels had such comfortable leather pads on both the pool loungers and the ones on our deck room. Tatjana for massage! The breakfasts were excellent with lots of choice and very courteous about making omelets and peoples perfectly times morning eggs. I am particular about my coffee so requested americano vs the carafe of less strong coffee they automatically offer. I never had anyone get peaked about that request. Really, top to bottom the employees were always courteous, patient and quick with filling requests. Rahul is the manager at our favorite restaurant La Parrilla which is the best of the three restaurants on site in my view. He will also make plain grilled fish and steamed vegetables on request which is nice to have on a long stay, has an excellent cheese board for desert and is also a sommelier.

Ens va agradar ser a aquesta zona tan local i vam agraïr, a l'estiu, ser al poble catalogat de més "fred" de Tenerife: nits molt agradables. Relació qualitat-preu està super bé! I l'amfitrió ens va recomanar diferents coses per fer i es va oferir a ajudar-nos a fer alguna gestió/reserva.

After reading so many bad reviews about Los Olivos we were worried about this place. But it EXEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS and it was a pleasent surprise! Everything was perfect! First of all the check in was at 03.00 pm but they gave us the room earlier without extra charges, that was realy nice after such a long trip we were exhausted, after that we enjoyed free welcoming drinks at Margaritas rooftop. The room was large and bright, all the facilities we needed were already in the room. The location was perfect- close to the beach and restaurants. Beds were very comfortable, the room was super clean and there was a large balcony, qute place for a good night rest. We were stayng only 1 nigt but we made a reservation for another 3 nights! See you soon Los Olivos :)
