Otherwise need to pay the meter or put it in a parking garage Unfortunately the city was badly affected by the flooding so there wasn’t much activity happening.

Super easy to find and masses of free parking in the Tourist Office car park right outside the door. The centre was interesting and beautifully decorated, the room quiet, clean and comfortable. There is a signed walk to the centre of Lillehammer.

Featuring spa center with a sauna and both indoor and outdoor pools, this hotel is only 2953 feet from the Lillehammer Train Station. I was traveling with a four year old, so from that perspective I can say the following: By the reception there’s a playroom for 0-4 year olds (with two comfy chairs for the adults!) which was highly appreciated. There was also an activity room a few floors down for older kids (ping pong table etc). The indoor pool was great! The spa had a quiet section that was separate from the pool, I really liked this as it made me comfortable bringing my kid to the pool without being a nuisance to others. Great breakfast for both kids and adults! The restaurant also had a decent kids menu for dinner. Great outdoor area to let your kids run around (also with mini golf). Really nice and helpful staff.
