Staff was incredible. From Reception to landscapers. Every staff and manager was gracious, polite, smiles and very attentive. Our wait staff was by far the best in Italy. Truly the best stay we have had in 14 years of travel. We thank all you. A+ 5* review from my family to you.

Unfortunately, the Spa was not open due to renovations. I did see inside the spa and look forward to having the opportunity to come another time. It looks beautiful. The wine tour was very interesting, and it gave an impressive history of the Villa Residence portion that is not open unless you are on the tour. It had museum worthy art and furnishings and historical significance for that area. The restaurant was fantastic in both atmosphere and food offerings. I would definitely stay there again and will refer it to everyone!

A comfortable place, where you have everything you need, as well as breathtaking views over the beautiful nature of Toscana! The loft was clean and the staff very kind and ready to help. The location is also perfect to visit Florence on a daily basis! It was wonderful and a lot better than expected for a very good price! We would definitely recommend it!
