One of the most beautiful place in our 14 day trip is the Atta Safari Resort. The owner Asanka was very friendly and arranged our safari at 6.00 am. It was a very exciting trip for us and the driver Mr. Janaka made it an unforgettable experience for us. The river flowing in front of the hotel and the sweet song of many birds are very attractive. Our dinner was very tasty and everyone who comes to Udawala can say that this is an ideal place to spend two or three days.

Great experience with wonderful views. Very relaxing environment and great for nature lovers. The sounds of the wild and the beauty of the natural surroundings add to the overall sensory experience. Udawalawa national park safari ride is a must do activity for anyone seeking an adventure of a lifetime. you will have the opportunity to witness majestic elephants and birds in the wilderness. The Room was very spacious, clean, and well maintained. Delicious local cuisine and western style meals available. Staff was very friendly and always available whenever we needed assistance. Surprisingly this stay was the cheapest but a complete hotel experience I had in Sri Lanka.

We went with my friend to the Nil Bawana Nature Resort in order to be near to the departures of the Safaris. We tought it was just a nice place to stay but it was AMAZING ! Manoj (the manager) sent me so much whatsapp messages to organize our arrival at the place. When we arrived everything was perfect ! Wishwa had cooked us a gorgeous and delicious meal and was taking care of us perfectly. The morning, at 5am, just before the safari we had a delicious coffee and the breakfast was already packed in lunch boxes in order to give us the opportunity to have it in the middle of the jungle, during the Safari ! 100% RECOMMENDED !

This place is simply stunning. The lodges are lovely and surround a beautiful pool. The gardens are full of mango and other fruit trees which are filled with all sorts of wildlife like monkeys, birds and giant squirrels. The staff were very helpful and arranged a safari tour to Udawalawe for us which was great. The Sri Lankan breakfast was amazing.
