Summer resort and no ac?? They do provide large fans, however with that we wanted the window open and the garbage trucks go by very early. Other than that we were happy. Bed was comfy other than the nasty pillows. Quiet, great location. Loved the promenade that went alongside the hotel.

The building is old but there has been some interior renovation done. The outside still needs work but they are coming along nicely.
