We liked it here. The pillows were terrible tho, and there is no air conditioning. What the heck is that? Summer resort and no ac?? They do provide large fans, however with that we wanted the window open and the garbage trucks go by very early. Other than that we were happy. Bed was comfy other than the nasty pillows. Quiet, great location. Loved the promenade that went alongside the hotel.

The resort is very well located - right on the promenade and the beach and right in the heart of the action in Seaside. The building is old but there has been some interior renovation done. The outside still needs work but they are coming along nicely. Being able to sit out front for breakfast was lovely.

clean, modern, wonderful, friendly staff. Chowder, breakfast and evening cookies for the guests are wonderful. Felt more like a resort than a hotel.

Friendly thoughtful staff, was a short emotional trip and we couldn’t have asked for better service! I will stay there again. PS ~ my daughter said it reminds her of the Mama Mia resort. I agree

Beautiful property two blocks away from all the fun in Seaside. Every amenity one could ask for was provided. I was so happy to stay here and felt like I was at a 4 star resort but way more comfortable.
