Everything, great beach, quiet rooms, amazing bay view and the food was amazing with international options that were delicious. Definately will be back

This is a really special hotel. The setting is fantastic - peaceful and set apart, with fabulous views from all sides of the property across 'valleys' and to the sea. The staff are wonderful and so warm and friendly. They create a really relaxing environment where nothing is too much! The managers were extremely gracious and always took the time to talk to the guests and check in on everything. Rooms are large and beautifully laid out so you can be comfy inside and outside on the terrace - either way enjoying the views and your private pool night and day.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Mirissa Reef Serenity and I must say, it was a truly unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the host, David, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home. His warm and friendly demeanor instantly put us at ease, and we knew we were in for a fantastic stay. The hotel itself is relatively new, and it's clear that a lot of thought and care has gone into every detail. The rooms are beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The quality of the bathrooms was particularly impressive, with modern fixtures and luxurious amenities. The location of the hotel is simply unbeatable, especially for those who love surfing. Situated in front of a reef, it's perfect for advanced surfers looking for a challenge. Additionally, there is a stunning snorkeling spot just a short walk down the beach, where you can explore the vibrant marine life to your heart's content. One thing to note is that while the hotel is in front of the reef, you can't swim directly in front of the property. You'll need to walk a bit further down the beach and navigate some rocks, so I would recommend bringing water shoes for added comfort. The energy at Mirissa Reef Serenity is truly special, and a large part of that is thanks to the incredibly friendly staff. In fact, they were the friendliest staff we encountered during our entire two-week trip. David, who is French, brings a touch of Western style to the breakfast offerings, which we thoroughly enjoyed. We visited the hotel with our six-year-old son, and it was a hit with the whole family. We had a fantastic time spotting wild animals in the reef and during our snorkeling adventures. Overall, our stay at Mirissa Reef Serenity was nothing short of perfect. From the welcoming atmosphere to the beautiful surroundings, everything exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!

Τα δωμάτια του θερέτρου περιλαμβάνουν καθιστικό.... From the first moment I arrived until I left I felt absolutely comfortable. This good feeling, apart from the nice facilities and the very good situation, was mainly thanks to such welcoming and wa attitude from the incredible host Chinthaka, who, after only a week, I even consider a friend. I went to Weligama for surfing and also took profit to visit the surrounding areas and make the safaris (Udawalawe and Yala). They arranged everything from Temple Tree and brought me from there. It was fantastic. I only cared to enjoy. A well, I appreciated a lot all restaurant suggestions from Chinthaka. thanks to that I could try actual local food. So good. What to say about the breakfast. I will only say that, after 3-4h surfing sessions, I was not able to finish with everything. Delicious. Temple Tree definitively exceeded my expectation. I found not only a great accommodation, but also a constant support for my stay there and lots of advises and suggestions for the rest of my trip that made it unforgettable. My gratitude and congratulations to Chinthaka and his charming wife for their work with Temple Tree. I absolutely recommend Temple Tree.

Το Resort of Happiness βρίσκεται στην περιοχή της παραλίας Μυρισσά, σε απόσταση 500μ. από το Παρατηρητήριο Φαλαινών. Everything! This is the best place - big room - balcony - mosquito net - hot water and good pressure - fridge - kettle - super helpful host - I doubled my stay and in addition coming back this week. Super short walk to beach and all the shops.

Το Latheena Resort απέχει λίγα μόλις βήματα από τη δημοφιλή παραλία της Μυρισσάς και διαθέτει καθαρά και άνετα δωμάτια. The family owned restaurant is excellent, great service and prices.

Το The Rainforest Hideaway έχει εξωτερική πισίνα, κήπο, κοινόχρηστο χώρο lounge και βεράντα, στον προορισμό Deniyaya. The location is so beautiful! You can go for a swim in the gorgeous waterfall by the property. The couple who run it are so nice and friendly. I did the rainforest tour organized through the owner and it was such a good tour, the guide was amazing. Food was delicious and the room and bathroom were so clean!

The location was very calm and just about 5min away with the Tuktuk from Merissa. We paddled one day on the river to the lake on a SUP which we could borrow from the hotel. The staff was very helpfull with everything. We could also do laundry or use the kitchen. We enjoyed the very comfortable and very clean room. Breakfast was perectly on time and very good! :) Thanks again for the awesome stay!

The owners are super friendly and the room is beautiful. The food is super delicious 😊 You also get free juice and good recommendations about places to visit. A perfect place to stay!
