Nestled in beautiful gardens, this historic hotel in Queretaro offers a variety of convenient facilities and leisure activities near the city of San Juan de Rio. Excellent service. We had loud neighbors, so we called the staff in the night, and they went above and beyond to ensure they stopped the noise, which they did. We had a great night sleep. The shower was also amazing.

The bungalow I stayed in was delightful and had everything I needed. I arrived late and the guy at the gate had my key waiting for me. A really nice woman who already knew the property had me follow her in my car to show me where my bungalow was. I was super thankful and impressed by the congeniality.
