Four Seasons Hotel Tunis este situat la 15 km de Ruinele Romane din Cartagina și de Sidi Bou Saïd, și oferă camere cu aer condiționat și baie privată. I stayed in this hotel with my wife for 5 nights. I work in the tourism industry myself and I have to mention that I am a very big fan of the founder of Four Seasons. I know all his thoughts about service and the hotel industry and respect these ideas with great euphoria. For this reason I cannot give a bad mark, although the service in the hotel was extremely poor. We had to wait about 60 minutes at reception for our room to be ready (no problem at all). However, they didn't manage to bring us at least a glass of water in over 30 minutes. We had a nice room with a large terrace. In the first day I went to the reception because I wanted to connect my Ipad to the TV. I wanted an adapter for that. They didn't have such an adapter (no problem either); only the answer was funny. The gentleman at the reception said that only Android devices can be connected to the TV; that's rubbish. Then I ordered a taxi, drove to an electronics store and bought an adapter. After 30 minutes I had my adapter and of course I was able to connect my Ipad to the TV without any problems... What a pity! On the third night Me and my wife wanted to eat at a restaurant outside the hotel. I went to the concierge early that day and asked the lady there to make a reservation for me. In the evening I went to the reception with my wife to order a taxi to the restaurant. The lady at the concierge told me that the restaurant is not accepting guests that night. I was shocked and asked why I wasn't informed in time. So I could arrange a reservation at another restaurant. After that it started to get scary. The lady at the concierge said she already called my wife. She said that my wife told her that she arranged something else! But that was not the case. After I said she didn't speak to my wife, she said the room numbers were mixed up. That shouldn't happen with a Four Seasons. She should just apologize and arrange a new reservation instead of doing cheap tricks.

Situat în Gammarth, cu vedere la Golful Tunis, acest hotel de 5 stele are un teren de golf şi 2 piscine. I love this place, I’ve been regular here for 7 years. it’s perfect. the cleanliness, friendliness, atmosphere, indoor and outdoor pool. everything is simply perfect

Acest hotel El Mouradi este situat pe coasta Cartaginei, la 15 km de Tunis. Oferă cazare de 5 stele, o piscină în aer liber şi una acoperită, hamam, saună şi centru de talasoterapie. You have a great staff. The meeting in the Reception by Radhia and Ahlem, what women they are there every day with a smile and excellent service, what a welcome 😊😀🌷. In the bar in the evening I can mention Omaima who also gives a great service, super nice too... then it continues with a cleaning lady who took care of my room fantastic... the food very good... very nice stay

The Ramada is located on the Tunisian coast, near the sandy beaches of the Côte de Carthage. It has an indoor and outdoor pool, a Hammam and fitness centre. Breakfast was excellent, although the same everyday, still fantastic. Enjoyed every moment. Location is simply marvelous. Private beach access to the hotel is amazing.. Staff is extremely helpful. No issues with the internet at all..

Oferind acces direct la frumoasa plajă cu nisip, Hotelul Carthage Thalasso este un complex spa luxos, cu tobogane de apă și centru de afaceri complet echipat. Excellent service from arrival to departure. Staff is very professional, friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean with modern furniture and with all amenities you may need. The bed was ,,King-size'' and very comfortable for sleep.

There were no spa but had massage which was good There was drilling which was a bit noisy as work was going on One of the sun umbrella was broken do had to find another working one and my mother was not impressed Overall the facilities at the pool was good
