Part of the SPA facilities were closed due to renovation.
The SPA&Welness is the highlight of the hotel. The staff, cleaness, facilities, restaurant, comfort and design, all exceeds!

The Spa is the highlight of the hotel. Cleasness, facilities, staff, restaurant, comfort, everything excells . Location and area nearby is incredible beautiful.

Quality of food at dinner despite good environment and effort to make this a nice place. Temperature of outside pool just a little bit too low

The drains of the bathroom in our room tended to be a little smelly when dry

we did wait for a hamburger 45 minutes and the hamburger was cold. that the rooftop restaurant/bar was closed it is a real highlight if this hotel.

Unfortunately I was wolken up in the morning from banging of doors from guests that left the hotel early.
The size of the room was good and the large beds very comfortable. The bathroom was great and the view from the room spectacular.

A minor thing: no electric charging stations for your car.
Excellent hotel. Been coming here yearly for nearly 10 years, for winter holidays or when passing through to Italy. Excellent rooms, large beds, hygienic, and superb facilities like sauna's, gym and swimming pools. The breakfast has a wide variety of food, even champagne. Make sure to try out the burger in the restaurant. There's a parking garage underneath the hotel for safe parking.

There isn't a great choice of things to do in the nearby area. The hotel is a short drive, or a longish walk to the town centre of Dornbirn. But the location is OK, and there is a big shopping centre next door - and there's a Burger King across the street, for emergencies :-)
This was my second stay at the Four Points Sheraton in Dornbirn - the first time I stayed there was around 2012. I love the hotel - really great facilities, nice courteous helpful staff, such a comfortable bed. The breakfast is really nice. And the sauna, pool, spa area is just fantastic.

I needed to get a COVID test for my return trip. I was given a list for where to go, but the information was incomplete. It turns out that you must make an appointment before getting tested at one of the places on the list. I was leaving the next day, so that wasn't possible. I eventually found a place to get tested, but that was after four hours of searching and calling around. This was not the fault of the staff. They just provided the information they had.
The bed was incredibly comfortable. The pillows are perfect. The front desk staff are very friendly, and efficient. It is clear that a lot of attention is paid to cleanliness.
