The manager who was very snotty. And no aircon in the room even though it had all the controls to do so.

The hotel was positioned in the right location, easy access to everything. Was disappointed by a manager who wanted to charge an extra €35.00 to checkin an hour and a half before 3. Also, the aircon didn't work meaning we had to leave our windows open and there was quite allot of noise from ambulances driving to the near by hospital.

The fact we couldn't open the windows to get some fresh air and the air conditioning was not working (as it was not summer season yet according to the staff) was a little bit uncomfortable for someone who has difficulties sleeping in a stuffed or hot room

The rooms are okay. One of the rooms was a little smaller than we expected, but both rooms were very clean and the beds were quite comfortable. The breakfast was good, a good variety of foods to choose from and Suzanne - the woman taking care of the breakfast when we were there - was so kind. They even allowed to have breakfast a little earlier than usually was allowed on our last day before we had to leave for the airport. Also recommend to ask the hotel to arrange a taxi to the airport. It is very easy and cheaper than the train if you're traveling with 3 or more people.

If the hotel changed the policy to every day cleaning, it would be perfect. Also the towels could have had a better smell, even though they were clean.

Room was very compact and studio-like. No opening windows or fresh-air. Although they sent maintenance up to show us how to operate the air-con. I hate air-con and like fresh air. Twin beds are together but there’s no space in room to separate them. Reception staff a little bit slow with service.

Great location. 10-15 min walk from the CAT station (to/from the airport), within walking distance or a short drive to the old city center. Metro and tram stations near the hotel. A supermarket within 3 min walk. Our room was quiet- we heard nothing of the road. We looked for a room with a kitchen so the hotel fitted our needs perfectly. The kitchen was well equipped- we had all we needed for our stay. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

The AC was not working as it was getting hot, but the amazing staff provided with a heavy duty fan.

there microwave oven but not a standard oven n gthe room. However there was one in the reception area along with a minimarket for basic food items.

Location, it was ten minutes easy walk from the shuttle train station. Ten minutes walk from a main shopping street, It was 150 metres from a good food supermarket and the tram stop to take you to the museum district was across the road. The reception staff were very helpful and booked a restaurant table for us in town. Coffee pods and tea bags were handed out free of charge.
