Great location. 10-15 min walk from the CAT station (to/from the airport), within walking distance or a short drive to the old city center. Metro and tram stations near the hotel. A supermarket within 3 min walk. Our room was quiet- we heard nothing of the road. We looked for a room with a kitchen so the hotel fitted our needs perfectly. The kitchen was well equipped- we had all we needed for our stay. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

Very close to the airport train (CAT) just a 5 minutes walk. Very close to the subway. Supermarkets all around. Quiet, clean. Really great! Center of Vienna at a walking distance.

The AC was not working as it was getting hot, but the amazing staff provided with a heavy duty fan.

A little hot in the rooms for sleeping couldn’t get it to a good temperature.

there microwave oven but not a standard oven n gthe room. However there was one in the reception area along with a minimarket for basic food items.

Location, it was ten minutes easy walk from the shuttle train station. Ten minutes walk from a main shopping street, It was 150 metres from a good food supermarket and the tram stop to take you to the museum district was across the road. The reception staff were very helpful and booked a restaurant table for us in town. Coffee pods and tea bags were handed out free of charge.

The beds were very uncomfortable and made for a difficult night's sleep and we also struggled to manage the heating which resulted in a very warm and uncomfortable night too. The lighting in the room was also a little bit dull but that's not a huge deal.

It was nice having the benefits of a hotel and an apartment all in one go. The staff were FANTASTIC - especially the lady who checked us in and was on shift in the evening. She was patient and informative and very kind. Check in and check out process was easy. Excellent facilities, clean room and Great location!!

there was not view from our room. we can not open the window, in the room was quite hot. tea/coffee in the room only for one day. will be perfect if you will provide salt/cooking oil in the kitchen

I did expect a better view I had upgraded to Superior Studio with City View but the view was just the building on the other side of the road.

The size of the apartment was amazing and everything was provided that you would need for self catering even dishwasher tablets and dishcloths. Staff where very friendly and extremely helpful.

It was the first time we stayed at Adagio Aparthotel and it was wonderful experience. The room was very clean and there was all stuff that we would need. I absolutely suggest this hotel to everyone.

The check-in time took me 45 minutes, although I pre-book everything before arrival.

The location of the hotel is excellent, and breakfast was nice, Mrs. Suzana I wholeheartedly praise her for kindness with me and my family.

There was no tea in room just a coffee. Fridge didn't work. Showers aren't got doors, it's going to be wet after using it.

Location is awesome, beds are huge, staff is great and we were able to checkout during the middle of the night. Do choose this place if you look for price/quality option + location, specifically if you're using the airport or underground metro. We hate smoking smells and the hotel got no smoking policy which is awesome! The place sells water or frozen pizza in case if you're tired and don't want to go out to shop but want to eat something quickly, very comfortable option.

- No daily cleaning for the room like other hotel - Check out hr too early 11 am with no compromise - the day i check out, the receptionist was unfriendly, while I need alternatives to extend my room - Sometime the internet down (at night)

Functional studio to support my stay (work from room, cook, shower), heating good, big windows to enjoy direct view from the main street, easy transport access
