We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomVery minor detail….sometimes the hot water could have been a bit warmer….most of the time beautifully hot. Sometimes less so! But didn’t detract from the stay. Would like to come back in the summer months!
Alpine lodge is a great place to stay. Great communication, and facilities. We arrived late but were able to easily access the apartment. The ski room was an added bonus as was the ability to buy ski passes at the hotel.

GreeceWhen we arrived there was only one small shower gel for 4 persons and there was no shampoo. The next day we asked for shampoo and shower gel and they brought us 3 shower geel and no shampoo again. They need to check the room before the check in for these small things that make the difference.
It was a friendly, nice quite, beautifully decorated accommodation, with large living room and fully equipped kitchen.

The apartment was well furnished, modern and clean. The village is close to Sonnenkopf and Arlberg, has a few restaurants and a supermarket. We also went on some free guided tours with the guest card provided for free by the hotel.

Italythe price is too high. we spent 850 euros for 4 nights and they don’t give you water in the room, you have to pay breakfast, the parking is not guaranteed if the lodge is full. breakfast is cheap (no fresh juice, tap water, no locals mountain products. only the bread was good). included breakfast we spent more or less 1000 euros for 4 nights.
the lodge is very clean and looks new
