Everything was perfect! If I had to make one suggestion then maybe having a safe in the apartment so I won’t hide and forget our passports again!!!

Location, location, location! Only a 2 minute walk into town and the main gondola for skiing. Perfect, especially when you have kids complaining about carrying their skies! Extremely spacious apartment over 2 floors. Our 3 teenage boys took over the downstairs with the sauna & we had the upstairs bedroom next to the kitchen. There were 2 spacious patio’s where my husband could smoke so he was happy. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed so we were able to cook a couple of nights. Also at the property was a ski/boot room with heated racks to dry the boots and a communal washing machine and dryer.

Only slight grumble was the dishwasher breaking down on the second last day. No-one's fault. Martin did his best to fix it. One of those things really.

Location is excellent - a very short walk to the ski lifts and the apres bars. Right by the main drag for all the shops. Apartment very clean and well kept - fab they had Netflix, which helped the down time post skiing. Ski storage very convenient - drying racks to dry off soggy ski stuff. Washing room for washing and drying clothes, so you don't have to take too much.

Martin, our wonderful host met us at reception, showed us where to park and the took us to the apartment and showed us how everything worked… and the graciously stayed to chat for a little while. He is a delightful gentleman who enjoys assisting people. The apartments are within minutes of the ski lifts and town center but we’re quiet and peaceful I thoroughly recommend this place… I just wish that we had stayed longer

We stayed in the Crystal suite which has an option of a 3rd bedroom (instead of a common area), the mattresses on that extra room were too stiff for my back. there's no option for breakfast it would be nice to have some spa options (maybe some collaboration with nearby hotels)

The hotel was cozy and clean with fully equipped kitchen and a good shower It is located right next to the Penkenbahn which is very convenient Martin is very nice and very willing to help with anything.

We couldn't have been happier with our stay here. Upon arrival Martin was so helpful and nice. Our apartment was so clean and had everything we needed. Being able to order fresh croissants was an added bonus. The location to the ski lift, grocery, town and restaurants was perfect. We are a family of 6 visiting our daughter in Salzburg for the holidays and wanted to getaway to the mountains for a few days. I booked this place on previous reviews, and I made a great choice! If our travels ever lead us to Mayrhofen again, we will stay here for sure.

Apartment is located in the center of Mayrhoffen which gives you an easy access to local shops and bars. Everything is within walking distance. Martin was super helpful and provided everything we needed to spend wonderful vacation. We really liked fireplace :)

The facility is amazing. Kitchen is well equipt with all you need to cook. Our kids enjoyed the Wii. The staff was very caring and really helped with all we need . We plan to book it for next year as well

We were staying at the ground floor apartment and it was slightly too cold to our liking. The ski room wasn’t properly heated so the shoes remain completely wet the next days.

The location right behind the ski lift. Nintendo Wii available in the room was the highlight for the kids.
