Very helpful receptionist. Clear room, clear hotel with private parking. It's 20 min walk, straight down the street, to get to the Vienna State Opera and attractions around it. If U R not a walking person, there is well organized public transportation

The bathroom was very small and had barely enough space to put toiletry bags, etc. One shower door didn't close completely, so we had to be careful not to leave a puddle on the floor. And like many other hotels in Austria, the bathroom door was made of milk-glass; we prefer a door that gives more privacy and doesn't let light into the bedroom section of the room at night. We had a room on the street, which has a lot of traffic, so it tended to be a bit noisy when the window was open.

The location was excellent: within very easy walking distance from the main train station. The subway (U-Bahn) was only a couple of minutes away and on a line that went directly to the heart of the city and didn't require changing lines. The small room was clean and comfortable with plenty of storage space. The room had a safe as well as facilities for making coffee and tea. We chose not to have breakfast at the hotel, thinking 20€ was more than we wanted to spend, so we can't comment on its quality.

I didn't like the breakfast. It was ok, but for the value it should be much better.

The location was great. I also like that we had a parking spot in the underground garage. The staff was nice and friendly.

It is a bit loud - you hear people in the hall and room next to you; as well as a bit from outside

We wanted a double bed however we got two twin beds pushed to each other, which really doesn’t make a double bed. They offered that they can help us change the room next morning ( we appreciate that ) however it was too late as we already packed out etc.

Clean room and friendly, kind and helpful staff. They helped us by keeping our luggages as we had our flights later on the same day.

Lift or elevator is too small for 2 people with luggage. Bathroom door is just frosted glass.

Location is near the Hauptbahnhof and U-Bahn. Triple room is huge for 3 people. Breakfast is very good. Shower pressure is very good as well. The hotel got a courtyard.

Showers doesn't have handles for old people. And it's floor is skiddy. The room's used coffee cups weren't cleaned nor changed next morning.

Very spacious, clean and comfortable room. Unexpectedly quiet considering that the hotel is on a rather busy street. Friendly and helpful staff. Very good breakfast. Good location, close to the metro station and the main railway station and within 45 minutes walking distance to the city main attractions. Supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Pleasant experience. Vienna is an astonishing city!

This is a nice hotel within walking distance from Wien Hbf, but a quieter location. Close to main station, Belvedere and a short U-bahn or tram ride to the centre.

The heating didn't work so it was cold until they gave us a heater, wireless could be better, expensive breakfast..

Pillows could be improved. Also, I sleep with earplugs, but if you don’t, you might ear some noise (the insonorisation is not top notch).

The room was large, bright, and clean. I’ve appreciated especially the mattress (equipped with a good topper). The position is also OK, as well as the staff.

Exceeded all our expectations! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was helpful. Arrived before check in time and they let me enter my room without any additional charge. Great location, too – close to the central train station. Highly recommend!
