Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

a smell from drains when we entered our room but as we had a balcony we were able to open door and after a few minutes problem solved so no big hassle.
room terrific ,lots of space for 5 night stay. location terrific 71 tram ( 75 YARDS FROM HOTEL) straight to opera house four stops and then all transport options open. BONUS we found that we could get to airport from Rennweg train station 150 yards from hotel straight to airport costing 8 euros .

My second stay at this hotel. Pity that fitness facility is so poor. Especially again, not working steam room.

Parking is expensive @ 18 Euro per day, lobby at night is dull and dark, should be more lights, and at least some music to play as it is without any life.
Our room size was big enough to fit us as family with 2 kids, beds are comfortable, location is within 20 mins walking distance to center, direct access to garage was very helpful.

Variety of food at the bar is limited and the interpretation of the chef is an interesting one to be polite. However the staff is very friendly and for the rest all was perfect

We went to Vienna to celebrate a significant birthday and the hotel staff made it really really special for us. They surprised us and prepared goodies in the room plus free drinks at the bar. Besides that the room is very spacious, everything was super clean and the walk to the city center (from the hotel) is beautiful! Highly recommend the hotel!

Very big and comfortable room. excellant break fast. Loacation was not far away from most of the tourist attractions. tram, buses and metro were all walking distance only. Really we enjoyed the say. I will recommend this hptel to my friends. Next time I will say here only.

Old furniture in the room, but small scratches didn’t really bother
The staff is amazing! They were able to help with all our issues. Everything was very clean. The location is perfect (easy to get the hotel from the airport with a train 15 mins, tren station is 1 mins away, 20 mins walking to the city center). In addition, we were happy to see a good quality pack for our dog (2 cool bowls, very soft almost new blanket and a bag with gifts from sponsors).

Breakfast should be included with the room booking.
Excellent location near Belvedere Castle and OBB for train to Vienna Airport. Many cafes near by for breakfast and Tram line 71 to city centre. Friendly staff and clean rooms.

Minibar prices were actually a bit different during the check-out.
Large, comfortable, and very clean rooms. The bathroom was well equipped, with a separate toilet. S-bahn is just a few steps from the hotel, and Belvedere is within walking distance.

Very clean hotel, applause for the cleaning staff. Close to the Belvedere Palace and the train station. We were hardly bothered by noise from outside... If I ever came back to Vienna, I would choose this hotel again... :-)

Only one restaurant which was formal and expensive and not where one could casually drop into following a day site seeing. With very little options in the area this was a drawback
