Modern, beautifully situated and maintained cottage. Well equipped for families with children. With the owner completely smooth and solid communication. Parking place for apartment. I definitely recommend.

The only disadvantage might be that since it was on the hill then walking to the city was a bit demanding. Nevertheless, that's the tax you must pay for a beautiful view from the balcony :)

It is a very cosy apartment with a beautiful view of the whole valley. Size-wise, it's more than enough. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, and utensils well enough to prepare meals. The owner was very kind.

The bed was a bit too soft for my aching back.

The view from the balcony was stunning. The house has direct access to woods and a lovely footpath. Top quality ski centers are within a 30 minute drive, quite possibly equally easy access for summer activities. Kitchen is well equipped for our daily dinner cooking. Dogs are allowed.

It seems the bed mattresses were changed to new, but unfortunately they were too soft for us so we didn’t sleep too well, but it’s the matter of personal preference.

It was probably our 4th time in this place so it speaks for itself.

Good location, 15 min by car to Absolut Park or Zauchensee or to the Schladming area. Apartment as expected, great value for money, keys in a lock box so easy to collect and able to come later in the evening.

Very comfortable, warm, clean, well equiped. Easy check-in and check-out. Free parking, easy accessable, few steps from the house. Perfect location to reach many ski centers in less then 30 minutes. City center on walking distance, where we could find stores and restauranrlts.

All was good.

Peace and quiet, no traffic nearby. Great view from the balcony. A table and chairs on the balcony. The appartment was fully equipped and very clean. Dogs welcome with no additional charge. A free parking space. Washing machine available (2 € per 1 hour). A historic town of Radstadt and the Rossbrand mountain within close reach.

There is nothing that we don't like about the place. The only inconvenience we had is the lack of a cleaning sponge in the kitchen which could easily be managed.

Great location. An ideal place to just relax and soak in the beautiful nature. We can just sit and relax on the balcony forever with the stunning views from the place. Excellent host, always with a bright smile and helped with everything.

Great, super quiet, clean and private place. Very large, comfy, alpine style with nice view. Spacious parking right before apartment. Very comfy beds. Nice balcony. Kids love to stay there. Very friendly owners - great recommendations where to eat and they speak well English. Thanks for a nice time, we will be back.

Beautiful room, very clean and big, washing mashine available, nice view from a balcony, bath tub in the bathroom (great for our kid). Host very kind and friendly, fluent in english. Location is great for kids - swimming pools, water parks, playgrounds on almost every mountain (accessible via lifts).
