4th floor room (although, the view was amazing). No elevator and my husband is 80. We do understand that this is a very old, historical building.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The top floor room was quiet except for some street noise in the morning for store deliveries. No elevator but going up 3 flights of stairs a few times per day was not a problem. There is a luggage lift for when you arrive. Location is ideal on a pedestrian only street filled with shops. Parking if required is only a 5 minute walk but is expensive at 22 euros per day.

Can’t think of anything we didn’t like about our stay.

Prime location right in the heart of Salzburg. Superb value for money apartment, we enjoyed the freedom of the apartment after being in hotels for the prior weeks while in Europe. No reason to complain about the stairs here as the staff are more than willing to hoist your luggage up. The apartment itself was lovely, double windows give you the option to completely block out any ambient noise at night or if you prefer; let some in. The kitchen was also sufficient enough to cook a meal or breakfast in. I’ll say it again to drive the point home; location is awesome.

The only complaint was, no body around to work the suitcase pully device on check out and the staircase is very narrow and lots of stairs to carry down our very heavy luggage. You need to be very strong and fit to manage the stairs. A toaster would've been nice.

Tezo was very helpful. He went out of his way to ensure everything was in order for our stay, that we were comfortable in our hotel and enjoyed our time in Salzburg. He was so friendly and welcoming! Love him! The owners were also very nice and accommodating. We would be so happy to come and stay at this place again and highly recommend it to others. Great location, city center, attractions & restaurants at your doorstep. Also you don’t have to go that far to get yummy ice cream.. they have an ice cream shop under the apartment.

The apartment was roomy & very comfortable for 2 friends. Beds were lovely, 1 of which was in the living area which we were aware of. We were situated right in the old city & walked out of the apartments onto the main shopping street. Despite this it was surprisingly quiet. Staff were very pleasant & helpful. They helped us with our bags as the apt was at the top of the building, & organised taxis for us. We would definitely return to stay here if we returned to Saltzburg which we would love to do. Thank-you to Manfred & Desiree for making our stay such an awesome one.

The stairs were a bit challenging but doable. As it was a old building, I found the floor ‘undulating’ for a person with motion sickness. Not a big issue as we were not in the room for a long time.

We loved the location of the apartment. It was right in old town and surrounded by eateries and shops. It is also a short walk to all the attractions.

The only downside was the lack of an elevator. It was tough carrying our luggage up 51 stairs.

Centrally located in the Altstadt, you can easily access city highlights, or shopping.

Not being able to contact the host by email or whattsapp. Luckily he worked at the ice cream store below the apartments, so we would ask our questions whenever he was at the store.

Location was great. The room is not really an apartment, is a nice, spacious room with a seating area and a bathroom. There's no elevator, only stairs, but they will help you with the luggage. it's nice decorated and the ac worked great!

It was all good.

It was incredibly central, so easy to access all the sights but also very quiet at night so we could sleep.Salzburg is lovely.The flat was well appointed,very good value for 3 of us,clean,comfortable and the air conditioning made it a good temperature in the very hot weather.The staff were very helpful and friendly,letting us drop off our luggage before accessing our room after check in time as we had a very early flight and carrying our very heavy luggage up and down 4 flights of stairs as there is no lift due to planning restrictions.We definitely recommend it and would stay there again.

We knew the location of this property would be awesome but we were blown away by how nice and roomy the facilities were. The owner was very gracious. The property says luxury and that is true, especially for the price.
