Great position in Seefeld right in the centre very close to train and bus station. Good and staff excellent.

Staff at breakfast. We were sent from one table to another while staff were arguing with each other where we should sit. We were not properly introduced to the breakfast process, i.e. how the omelet service works so it felt a little confusing.

The hot tub might have been a bit warmer by a degree or two.

The food is really good and the breakfast buffet is exceptional The spa area is perfect after a long (or short) day of skiing.

Room temperature was hot and could not be cooled. (suspect it was caused by underfloor heating with no controller for it)

Spa, hotel facilities and hotel location was very good.

Breakfast was very nice but unbeknown to us we were sitting at a reserved table, the manager was not happy. Really does it matter for breakfast where guest sit?

We were kindly upgraded to a suite which enormous and modern. Location was very close to station and cafes.

No blinds/dark curtains in the bedroom, so as sun came out early it was a bit bright in the room but we enjoyed early morning rise

Amazing spa facilities, superb 5-course dinners and splendid choice at breakfast. Super friendly staff and great location on market square.

The rooms drains had a bad odor, so had to keep the door open. The hotel is next to the casino, that had music playing, with people milling around outside till the wee hours of the morning. On Saturday night it was 3am before the noise stopped. The breakfast was good. Just a small constructive criticism …soft boiled eggs were not soft at all on all 3 days we were there. Waffles and pancakes were hard as rocks. It would have been nice to have warm syrup instead of cold. Easy fix to put syrup on a cup warmer. Variety was very good. Service was excellent.

The spa facilities were outstanding. Pool temperature was perfect. The view from the huge jacuzzi with bubble beds was out of this world. 4 different saunas to choose from. Beautiful comfy beds to lounge around, in front of a roaring fire, or quiet corners to sit/lay and read or take a nap. Nice bar and restaurant area. Proximity to ski areas or hikes.. fantastic!

Evening meal very restricted with a la carte menus that were set and set price. Plenty of other places close by to have dinner so no problem just a shame they missed out.

Good breakfast included, helpful friendly staff, awesome spa, comfortable rooms, hotel in a great location in the middle of the town.

The staff didn’t speak much English and got annoyed if they didn’t understand. Everything was in German all menus it made it hard for everyone.

The hotel was very central . The railway on one side and the village square on the other side of the building it was an excellent location. The room was big and overlooked the square. The food was very good and dinner was excellent value and had a good choice. The pool was really nice and the sauna area was very good too.

To be honnest, nothing was really negative, maybe the rooms should be refreshed at some point, as well as the upper floor corridors which are a bit outdated.

We stayed in this hotel more than 15 years ago. It has been re-decorated since and, foodwise, there has been a highly improvement from what we had 15 years ago. We were positively surprised by the hight quality of food. Congratulations to the Chef.

Just very friendly hotel, that's been in Seefeld for many years and has kept its Charm

Stayed for a week. Had 2 rooms. Sons room was on 1st floor with outdoor grassed terrace. There were lots of dogs staying on this floor. Our family nick named it the kennels ! There was a particularly large aggressive dog next door. Whenever my son tried to go out of his patio door the dog would go for him and have to be restrained. Our room had no hot water for 2 mornings. The spa would shut a lot earlier than the advertised 8pm.....as in sauna and steam room turned off! They were eager to pack up and go home. No towels available in Spa one evening....and both pool and jacuzzi had cold water. Not brilliant for the price we paid.
