I shared the room with a friend, so it was a bit uncomfortable going to the toilet and being separated only by a thin glass wall. Shower too. I feel like the room i stayed in could use a little more privacy for the whole bathroom

Room was wonderful, spacious and comfortable. Close to the highway, perfect for a one night stay while in tranzit. There's also a supermarket right downstairs where you can have breakfast and stock up for the road. Flawless check in and check out too.

The bathroom and the toilet have no walls - there is just a glass separating them from the room. You have to feel really close with the person you are traveling with.

Very nice and very clean place. Easy self check-in. The beds are comfortable. There is no fridge in the room but there is a nice little coffee machine with free coffee and tea capsules.

You cannot request two keys during check-in. Then, if you want to go to your car (or anywhere else) without a key you cannot go back to your room. If you take the one key with you, your wife stays in the room in the dark, without electricity, TV, etc.

The room is ok, clean and comfortable. The check in is relatively straight forward. There is 24/7 phone support.

I cannot charge my car - one ICE car was parked there at night, I tried to charge it early morning, but no sign, of how to charge/how to pay... I cannot find AC/ventillation, the room was a little bit warm, so I had to open the window... but the room was at the road side, really noisy. Next time I will ask the other side of the building.

People sensitive to odors of cleaning products are recommended to search another place: it smelled quite like chlorines when we arrived, so opening door and window after arrival is recommended. Furthermore: good to know the key deposit box is not next to the check-in machine as descibed, but at the entrance of the building at the parking lot.

Perfect hotel room traveling through: the check-in system makes it possible to arrive any time you want, parking is free and close by the highway. Rooms are spacious and have a nice design, beds are good.

We got a room on the top floor, and because it was very hot during the day, unfortunately it was excessively hot in our room and it was difficult to sleep. the room was without air conditioning. next time I will be more careful in the elections. The hotel is close to the street and it was quite noisy.

Cleaning lady comes every morning, knocking on door and immidiatly opens the door. Sorry lady, but at 7:30 this is not ok. Beds could be more comfortable.

The surroundings are not very exiting, but we were aware of when we booked. It's reflected in the price as well.

Perfect for our purpose as we needed a clean hotel near the highway for a sleep over during a road trip. A large supermarket is conveniently situated next to the hotel. The automated checkin worked perfectly.

Unfortunately there is no staff on site, making your stay very impersonal. There is no check-in (which is clearly specified), but if you have problems with your automatic checkin, there is no one there to help you. You need to contact them on the phone and, considering the amount of noise coming from the street nearby, I had a real problem hearing what they were saying over the phone. If you book more rooms, you will have to pay for each room separately, you cannot pay for them all at once. That was an inconvenience for me, having to spend 20 min in front of the automatic checkin machine in full motorcycle gear after a 10h ride, fixing the checkin issues and then paying for each room separately. Another problem is with the 3rd floor lounge, which was a smoking lounge, but poorly ventilated. There was only one window that you could open (and you could not open it fully), and the climate control didn't work. So after 1-2h spent there, all my clothes were smelling of smoke.

The hotel is very nice and clean. Rooms are spacious, very well furnished, clean, no complaints there. You also have a lounge on the 3rd floor, where you can gather and socialize if you are a bigger group. There is a Spar Supermarket right next to the hotel, if you want to do any shopping.

We din't get the code to check-in and it was a bit hard to get the card at night when we arrived. We tried all of the codes we had during the booking, but none of them worked. After that we called the support by phone, and they helped.

Everything was ok. Maybe check every once in a while the remote controls for TV. Ours wasn't working - pretty annoying to watch TV from your bed and having to get up to switch channels. But it's really minor, we slept quite fast.

The check-in process, the machine refused 3 of my cards which we inserted in the card reader. When phoned someone they kept saying the machine is fine, my cards are the issue without checking anything. Finally we managed to check-in using contactless.
