The location is quite far from the city center. This could be either a plus for the quiet lovers or minus for those who travel without a car.

The staff is amazing, the place is clean and the breakfast was full and tasty.

Not an issue with the hotel but in hindsight i would have preferred to stay somewhere directly in the town to make it possible to pop back to the hotel without doing a 30 min round trip

Wow! This is a real gem in Hallstatt. The rooms and bathrooms are super clean, all the facilities what we needed are just there, the area is very quite. The owner and staffs are so nice and kind. The breakfast is good. The location is also very good, near from salt mine and walking distance from center. We highly recommend !!

Great Mountain View’s from the Jr Suite! Loved the fact that we were NOT in the middle of the busy part of Halstadt and it was a nice walk into town.

Location is good, 15 minutes walk to centre, in a very quiet green area near the river. Continental breakfast very good. Room comfy and large, with balcony.

The walls are a bit thin. The first evening it was really peaceful but the second and the third night I got some noisy neighbors who were talking super loud late in the evening (in the hall, stairs and out of the property) and closing the doors of the car & the bedroom super strong. This happened between 21:00 and 2:00. Maybe the only thing that reception/hotel staff can do is to suggest to the guests to try to be silent in the evening. It seems common sense to be quiet in the evening but maybe it is not for everyone.

The staff is really friendly and super helpful. They always do their best to make you feel welcome and at home. Nice location 10 minutes walking from the city center. Close to the salt mine. My bedroom was cosy and comfortable. I had a nice view of the mountains through my window. They offer a really nice buffet for breakfast. They also prepare eggs for you at your choice. There is a shoe dryer/ swimming pool available. Everything is really clean and tidy. Peaceful location out of the city center. Good quality/price

Some of us couldn't connect to the wifi.

The hotel has a great location, not far from the center, supermarket is 5 mins away. Breakfast was good.There is a nice terrase to sit outside for breakfast The staff is welcoming and helping. The hotel is a bit old, but the rooms where ok. In the bathroom not all lights worked, but the ones that did work were enough.

Everything was great: the location - far from the noisy city center but near enough to walk there; the staff - always smiling, ready to help; the breakfast - home made and delicious; pet friendly!

Only downside was the sliding semi transparent doors to the bathroom, and the fact it was facing the bed made it feel not very private and comfortable.

Everything was very clean and tidy. The property itself and the rooms are beautiful. The stuff very friendly and attentive. Location is gorgeous.
