You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Romaniamost of the rooms are on the side with the main road, which can get a little loud at times. we were out of hands soap and couldn’t really ask for more as the staff was only there is the morning.
it looks amazing - everything is well taken care of, the staff is very nice, the food was delicious! there are many places you can hang out in, from the cute little dining area, to the outdoor terrace, to the shared balcony on the first floor. you can also take a refreshing walk around the local wineries.

Accommodation chosen due to electric charging during stay, but on the location we have been extra charged at expensive rate (as super charger on gas stations, but this was a slow charger on the parking lot). Additionally charged for asking for silent room, in already empty hotel. Initially no extra charge was mentioned, but once we moved our stuff to another room, woman started screaming on the hallway asking for extra charge. Shameful. Not a way to treat your guests, no where close to Austrian hospitality we are used to in general.
Clean, modern but sterile. Not a warm atmosphere or cozy. Received a bottle of wine as complementary.

LithuaniaBreakfast was poor, if you are lucky you get some eggs if not you get only some ham, cheece and bread. i understand about wasting but they should consider about making something like omlet or other kind of eggs for request for each custumer as the hotel is not very occupied. there is no accured reception, there is no bar or restaurant ( you can get wine by self servise), there is no slippers and bathrobes in the room, shower gel/shampoo is 2 in 1 attached so you cant take it of you move to bathtube. Nice place but not worth for money and 4 stars are far away…

Polanda 4-star hotel that wanted me to call 15 minutes before my arrival, on a Saturday afternoon. "Cold" reception and entrance. "soundproof" rooms that were not soundproof. Bathroom smelled as if someone had smoked in it, and it never dissipated. Shower that leaked a lot of water into the bathroom. Very thin, not warm bed comforter. Thin, low-quality, unsupportive pillow. Front rooms have a view of the noisy main street in front, back rooms have a view of a construction site. No where near 4-star level. Staff could be more friendly.
Easy to get to since it's right on the main road.
