Shared balcony, people smoke on balconies and if you’re a non smoker then it’s uncomfortable when the smoke comes in the room through the open windows and balcony door.

Beautiful accommodation. Room with balcony and clean modern bathroom. Excellent breakfast. Lounge with fridge and honesty bar was most welcome after a hot days riding. Secure parking for motorcycles. Friendly host and staff.. overall a great place to stay excellent.

We loved everything. The rooms were very clean and spacious, the view from the balcony was very beautiful, the owners of the place are nice and good people, the breakfast was very tasty. Next to the cable car to the ski resort and a short drive you can reach the beautiful lake Fiborg and Aqua Dom

Nothing! The only thing that you have to be aware of is the cash payment. Unfortunately there's no card machine available in Haus Marita.

Very clean, very comfortable, on walking distance from the ski lift 👌. Super friendly owner, daily cleaning of the house, very nice place for the children. Also Hochoetz is a perfect ski area with kids. For very young kids there's even a kindergarten available at the central ski area restaurant. Perfect holiday stay over.

We stayed at Haus Marita en-route to France. It is conveniently easy to access from the motorway, in a village/ small town tucked away amongst stunning nature. The hotel itself is situated just off the main road which runs through the village, with lots of parking and easy access to the centre as well as a cable car and an outdoor swimming pool, which are just 2 minutes walk away from the hotel. The owner, who welcomed us on arrival and also chatted to us during breakfast the next morning, is a real character- friendly, full of life and someone who clearly loves what he does. We could not have been made to feel more welcome! The property itself is homely, cosy and clean, with a really peaceful feel about it. Rooms were comfortable and we really enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evening, taking in the beauty of the surrounding mountains. We really enjoyed our stay, despite only stopping for 1 night, and would love to visit and explore the hotel and the area a bit more in the future.

The location is very comfortable close to the supermarket, the lift, the main road access, the sound of the river. Franc provides absolutely amazing attention and service on every possible front.

Perfect. Really well stocked kitchen. We were impressed with the different kinds of drinking glasses. Bed and bed linen were very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent… great selection. Host was the nicest, friendliest host I’ve met in a long time. I now understand why he has repeat guests.

It was beautiful! I loved all the flowers! Each room had its own deck and patio chairs , a most high quality kitchen with fantastic appliances. The wonderful bathroom had fluffy towels and was so sparkling clean! The beds were the best to sleep on and the comforters were perfect! This place delighted us in every way . The owner had genuine hospitality and made an incredible breakfast for us! We really enjoyed staying here!
