There were no free power outlets in the room (I had to disconnect a light and the TV to be able to charge my devices - 2 power outlets total). Breakfast is quite simple, but for the price I did not expect more.

It is a great value for money. Basic amenities were available and location is fine.

The only complaint is that there is no electricity near the bed to charge the phone. There is one extension cable with the TV, but it is too short. Tip, get an extension cable for the bed.

Close to the city. The man at the reception is very kind and allowed me to stay in a double room if I wanted to change to a single room. Clean. The cleaner came to the room every morning to ask if he needed anything.

The hotel is located in a very strategic position if you just want to walk toward the city centre (approx 20 mnt - depending on where you want to go) and well connected with the public transport. The cost is very reasonable compared to the position and the services. Laundry was changed everyday with new towels, there was shampoo and shower gel, as well as the hairdryer.

-: rooms very small, beds are quite fragile, wallpaper on the walls is really done, entire room and facilities are run down, pillow on bed is okay but not the most comfortable, pictures on booking slightly missleading (see my pics), atmosphere not great

+: good location, very affordable rooms (around EUR 33 per night for single depending on time of the year), easy checkin and out, suprisingly clean bathroom/floor/bedlinen, great if only place to sleep is needed

I understand that prices have risen everywhere post-pandemic, but the hotel manager should understand that in this hotel no breakfast is served, so the price shouldn't be very high. Especially for solo travellers.

This is very nicely located! You are just a few blocks away from the Rathaus. If you like to go walking (like me), this is a great place. Places of interest (museums, Advent Markt, Belvedere, etc) are not super far from here. Some of the places you can go walking to as they're very close (like Freud Museum, the Rathaus). If you want to go to Mariahilfer Strasse area, Staatsoper, you can take a tram and within a few minutes you'll be there. Not so close from the Hauptbahnhof, but you can either take the tram or subway to there. Very safe region, many places to go and see, plus many subway/tram stations nearby. The room was clean and the bathroom, really great. The room was small, but well, if you are travelling to Vienna (where there's plenty to see) and you just want a place to rest your bones and a nice and clean bathroom, this is the place you'd need to stay :)

Room was okay, but we were a bit disappointed when we realized how small it is. It wouldn't be a problem if it was presented correctly in the photos section. Shared rooms and hall needs renovation.

The location is really good. For this price it fits into the good value category. The rooms were decently clean. There were enough of towels as well as other necessary accessories.

The bathroom had some mold in the grout and there was also a hair in the bed. But the room was otherwise clean. The outer hallway of the building could use some repair. The room was cramped but that's to be expected from a budget hotel.

There aren't many low-cost hotels near central Vienna that include en suite bathrooms, so budget travelers should take note of Hotel Pension ARPI. Its location is excellent: almost across the street from the #5 tram and within walking distance of downtown and all the museums.

Bed seemed unstable, bathroom floor very dirty in the corners, shower dirty (brown along the door, at some spots black <mold?> between the tiles), power strip sticky and very dusty, weak fan for hot days
