Hotel is nice, with large restaurant/bar on ground floor. Hotel has pool table, darts plus a sauna downstairs that is only open at some times. Hotel is a little out of town but short walk of c.10 minutes to the main area and right next to the station.

Hotel was excellent, room was large enough and clean. Shower was hot even if it took a minute to get hot. Bed was very comfy and the staff were friendly. Hotel bar & restaurant was very good, at least for the two nights we eat there. We would definitely go back and would recommend it to anyone looking for a short stay for skiing or I can imagine in summer for hiking.

The hotel is right next to the village train station (banhof). It didn't bother us but worth noting.

The English of the staff wasn't the greatest but not to a degree where it was a problem. Honestly can't think of anything other than this which was a con.

Super welcoming hostess and the rest of the staff were always greeting you with a smile. Had to check out earlier. No problem, they even made us a lunch box since breakfast normally was included so we didn't have to stop at a gas tank, super nice!

Carla and her team run a very cosy, relaxing and friendly establishment. all of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly , the breakfast was excellent as was the food served in the restaurant. the location is central to all local amenities . We will be back.

Bathroom could use an update but was perfectly functional. Not the cleanest room I’ve ever stayed in, slightly dusty in places and a small spider and earwig in ceiling corners.

Great location for skiing, particularly arriving by train because it’s just opposite the station where the ski busses also all go from. Lovely staff, we ate at the restaurant one night for dinner and the food was excellent. Breakfast is alright, standard continental but with fresh scrambled eggs to order which is a bonus. we also had a lovely balcony

For us absence of a lift was a real problem but they all helped us with the luggages but still going up and down was difficult although our appartement was on the first floor (20) steps up.

Only feedback would be that it would have been nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms. Otherwise, no other complaints.

Really beautiful traditional style Austrian house. All staff went above and beyond to help us during our stay. The owner, Carla, was so welcoming and made us feel like we were at home. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The attached restaurant served really great food - big portions and really great value. The bar was very reasonably priced and had a darts board and pool table that entertained us. Located right at the train station, so perfect for travelling home.

Nothing bad to say about the hotel, but Austrian pillows in general! Odd shaped and don’t provide much support.

Friendly and accommodating staff, Very clean room and housekeeping made beds each day. The hotel is very close to the train station and ski busses giving excellent access to lifts and other areas of the Zillertal Valley. The single room I had was excellent value for a solo traveller. It had the usual amenities of ski and boot storage and the wifi was good. My booking included the buffet breakfast of fruit juices, hams, cheeses, cereals, toasts, pastries and hard boiled eggs. The fresh coffee served in a pot was lovely and much better than the machine coffee often found in these type of establishments. A hot option (scrambled eggs etc) would have been a nice addition, but overall this represents great value for a ski resort. There is a also a spa with a sauna which I didn’t make use of, I think it may just be sauna in winter with additional steam/pool etc in the summer season.

Very cozy and comfortable hotel in a good location. We had a large room with terrace, breakfast/dinner were exceptionally good and the sauna inviting for relaxation. The host is very friendly and accomodating. We had a great time during our stay in Landhaus Carla and will for sure come back.
