The ONLY downside is the bathroom. It's clean, apart from the shower (grouts, shower door and basically all corners of the shower tub are moldy and would do with a lot of scrubing).

Flat is spaceous, airy and clean. It's located in a quiet neighbourhood, but the public transportation is relatively close. There is enough of towels, kitchen utensils and toiletries to go around.

There should be a bed lamb in the bedroom and a floor lamp in the living room. Some bathroom hangers would be very helpful to hang your towel in the bathroom!

Everything was great except a little issue. The wi fi from room was not working but after talking with host they gave me password from other rooms. It was a bit slow because of this but things like this can happen to everyone.

We still had the rubbish left from the previous guests in the bin. It could have used a bed side table with lamps as it was quite dark in the rooms and some of the light bulbs were not working. A few more items for cooking would have been great. We had a ground floor apartment, which was a little noisy from the street.

The apartment was spacious and easy to reach by bikes from the center of the city. The apartment was clean, the beds were comfortable. It was a good choice for a short stay. Internet was fast and reliable. Good value for money.

The room was very comfortable and the hosts were kind and accommodating. We were allowed to drop off our luggage earlier than planned. The kitchen was plenty good enough to cook some simple meals in or reheat store food. The room was very quiet and we had a very comfortable stay!

First, the entrance of the building was dirty. They never cleaned it. That is not a good first impression. The flat was dirty when I arrived because the cleaner didn’t know I would arrive earlier. But I can say they cleaned immediately. The heating system didn’t work the first night but they came the next day and finally worked.

The bathroom was wack, it was way to small and the shower was poorly made and shower doors were missing, the sink was really small and it was completely not spacious :c. And the front door to the apartment were thin like paper and a brake in could happen any time i felt bit unsafe and unsecure for my belongings

I would like a little bit more light in the room, but that's kinda of a detail. We might have been unlucky, cause our router was not working ( the host gave us passwords to other wifis, however their signal was bad unfortunately) and the hot water boiler stopped working after the third day there, so we had no heating and hot water.

The price - quality ratio was excellent. The decoration was very beautiful and the shared working space came in handy. And thanks for the Manner wafers:) The host was communicating with us to give us recommendations before our arrival and to welcome us in the room. I would recommend it. It's worth it to book here. Kinda far from the city center on foot, but approx 25 minutes with public transport, which was great.

When we arrived the keys were not in the lock box, and when we called the hosts, they were not very helpful asking us to place a written request to get the keys. Fortunately for us, another guest in the building helped us and brought us the keys, so in the end the problem was solved in 5-7 minutes, but we were lucky to arrive early and meet with other people at the entrance, don't know what would have happened if it had been at night. Coming from a warm country to Vienna in winter, I asked for an additional blanket. We were provided 2 small blankets for 2 people and I felt that I needed to use a double blanket. The host could not provide an additional blanket.

The apartment is spacious, it has all the promised facilities, and it is located in a nice authentic building. It is located not that far from the city center and is easy to reach by public transport. It has supermarkets and cafes in the area.

Unfortunately the apartment was dirty.. all the glasses had lipstick stains on them. And as many others said the bathroom is very very tiny.. it was hard to even wash your hands Also the heater is old and sometimes in the middle of the night it was making very annoying noises

We stayed for 2 nights in appartment 37. Both nights we woke up at 3 am, because the geyser in the kitchen made a very loud rattling noise which went on for 10 minutes. We contacted the host who sent us a message saying that that was the normal mode of the boiler, which, according to him, we had to understand...! Furthermore the bathroom is extremely small. A person with long legs cannot sit on the toilet with the door closed. Will not stay there again, and do not recommend it.

Cleanliness upon arrival was not up to par. Fridge had had something rancid in it and thus smelled bad.

We just loved the apartment. The one we were at (3 people) comes with a fully functional kitchen, two bedrooms, a washer room, a bathroom, and a spacious hallway. Check-in is very straightforward, and the building itself, despite being not in the city center, is very well connected (tram, subway, bus, train). We would definitely recommend and would 100% book here again.

These apartments are not suitable for living. Very dirty, dust under the sofa, mold everywhere in the bathroom, which started a cough. They asked to clean, but no one cleaned, they only replaced the towels
