Loved the location, the views , and the quaintness of the hotel. The stars on our ceiling at nighttime were a special added delight. The staff was extremely accommodating and prepared us an early morning breakfast for our early departure.

There was nothing that we didn't like about the hotel.

Not only the location was perfect (view of the river, 5 mins walk to the old town) but the hotel is part of signature building that makes up the Innsbruck photo op! Breakfast was perfect - they made fresh eggs at your request, which not many European hotels do now a days! The staff was very courteous and helpful

Beautiful view from room. It’s right on the main road and walking distance to tram stop and lot of eateries and main markets. They have their own bar that operates till late night. Breakfast spread and staff at bfast room is very good.

The only thing I would have liked to have is better pillows. I almost bought a pillow for 2 nights use. The decor was plain, but the hotel was clean and a great value. I loved it there and will return in the future and stay there again.

The location was perfect: It is close enough to walk to all the good stuff, but far enough to not be noisy! The staff was amazingly kind, from front desk, to breakfast staff, to the bartender! It has AC. We were so hot everywhere else. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. I am totally satisfied. It was well worth the price we paid.

Very conveniently positioned for easy walking into the Old Town of beautiful Innsbruck. The property had an interesting cellar/bar which was not only very welcome area for our arrival after a long car journey but also pleasant for a nightcap at the end of our evening.

A/c on but not very good. Weather was hot and room was warmish but better than no a/c. Parking available nearby. Had to use narrow car elevator for hotel parking but other parking also available nearby and they told us about it.

Very clean, great service from the staff. Always able to answer questions by booking.com email or in person. Great breakfast. Good complete information about parking. Laundromat nearby.

The wifi was useable but slow.

Great location just across the bridge from the old town. Walking distance to all the central attractions. Very nice breakfast in the mornings with river view. Helpful and friendly staff, very nice atmosphere.

Beds were rather firm.This is, however, a personal matter. They may be well suited for another person.

Extremely well situated right next to the centre of Innsbruck. The hotel has a parking lot 75 meters from the hospital despite being dead centre in town. There is even a load/unload zone right outside of the hotel for easy handling of luggage. Extremely friendly staff. This may well be the hotel that we will choose on our next trip to charming Innsbruck.

The breakfast was fantastic, with a great amount of choice, and we loved the fact that the dining room was on the first floor and overlooked over the river Inn. Our family room was enormous and our kids loved having their own separate bedroom. A really enjoyable stay!
