We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

RomaniaMy father, sister, and I spent a night in Parndorf and had reserved a two-room apartment for our stay. Upon our arrival, we were initially given a small room with three beds instead of the two-room apartment we had booked. After showing our reservation to the lady ,we were promptly moved to the correct apartment. I must commend her for being polite and efficient throughout the process. Initially, I did not intend to leave a review about this experience. However, a week after our visit, I received a photo from the lady showing a bed with a slightly sagging mattress support ( the bed looked the same when we arrived) without any accompanying explanation. I found this approach quite inappropriate, especially since the lady had seen us off and there were no issues raised at that time. Additionally, I was quite surprised to find that smoking is prohibited on the terrace. This is the first time I have encountered such a restriction, and it seemed rather unusual.

Hong KongThe picture is misleading - there is no window. There isn't a door in the shower room, so the water spills everywhere no matter how careful you are during the shower.
Very close to the outlet. The bathroom is large. And the host was very nice!
