It was very well located, comfortable and clean. The rooms were nicely decorated and provided everything you need. Although bathroom was shared, sharing was never an issue as only 3 rooms shared one bathroom. Staff was nice and helpful and there was daily room cleaning!

The shower could be more spacious. The fridge in the room would be also great.

The pension is situated cca 5 mins by walking from the central railway station. All main attractions are cca 10 mins by walking far from the pension. My room had its own bathroom and windows to a courtyard. The room was clean and spacious. Even if the weather was hot, the room was pleasantly cool. The staff was very friendly, personally introduced me to the room, and gave tips on sightseeing.

The only real complaint is that the towels and linens were really rough and scratchy. It was not that big deal for a night or two. I would recommend this property.

The location was convenient. We were in the heart of the city and able to walk to the Old City area. The staff was extrememly helpful and accomodating. The rooms were a great value and adequately furnished.

A very good location - walking distance to the city center. Girl at the reception was very kind and helpful. Distant and clean room although very modest but more than good for just one night stay.

In a hot night when you have the windows open it was quite noisy - other guests returning to the hotel and people walking outside talking woke me up on several occasions as I had to have the window open

A bit dodgy outside the hotel, drunk and high people hanging around. But just a street or two down was nice so very good location close to old part of Innsbruck. No elevator and no fridge in the room.

The room, quadruple, was spacious and had ensuite. Good for a family of two adults and two kids. Met two people in the staff, one woman that was tired and quite rude and one young guy that was great and welcoming. Good price compared to a lot of other hotels in Innsbruck

The bathroom was very modern and clean. The room that I got was big and meant to four people instead of two. The arrival was fast, we arrived very late but they solved the problem very well. Also, I was amazed by the view in the morning.

For international tourists in the summer, it would be good to include a simple bed sheet ( not a warm comforter).

Nothing. Except you are in the city so take earplugs. Its quiet overnight.

Clean and simple. Location. Easy from the airport….take the bus to train station then a Few minutes walk. Maybe half mile walk to old town, river, cable-car.

Great, convenient guesthouse. Lovely and clean with good bathroom. 5 mins walk to the train station, 7 mins walk into town centre. If arriving from the airport, the bus stops 2mins from the guesthouse. Would highly recommend.

I liked the fact that it was so central to the historic part of the city. The room was big and good value for money.

The room is basic, as described, so don't expect luxury but for the price it is reasonably comfortable.

The location was perfect. Two minutes walk from the main train station and then less than ten minutes walk into the centre of the old town. It was also a three minute walk to the bus stop that goes directly to the airport. The rooms were clean and well cared for. The staff were attentive.
