The location was near the bus stop and train station, but still far from anything.

The room was big and comfortable, with a nice seating area. The breakfast was excellent and filled me up for the day ahead!

Good basic breakfast but no hot meal like omelette, sausage or bacon. The prices were 50% higher than usual but probably due to holiday season.

This room is at the top and gets a bit dark at night. Being alone on this floor scared me a little.

The check-in process was easy by ourselves. Everything was prepared for our stay. The room, toilet, and bathroom were clean.

You need to come prepared like food, water or necessities, if you check in late. Nobody there to guide you. We cant use card in dispensing machine for drinks. Better if you facilitate this.

The room is bedside the train station, a little noisy. The room a little small. Location is far away restaurant and spot. If you drive, this is not a big problem.

Breakfast is good. Self check in is clear and convenient.

While the digital checkin was easy, there was no staff member on site other than in the morning. We arrived mid-afternoon and would like to have had access to an ironing board and iron. As there was no staff on site, we were unable to accomplish this.

The room was a reasonable size and the facilities were clean. Although the hotel was located some 30 minutes outside of the old city, we had known this in advance and there was a direct bus into the city with the bus stop located just across the street. We traveled with our car and the parking around the hotel was plentiful and free - this was most appreciated! The digital checkin was easy.

The best part is the location, the back door opens on the S1 station and the trolley bus Route 6 stop is right across the road at the front. The Salzburg Main Railway Station and the main tourist area is directly connected by trolley bus 6. With the windows closed, even the road facing rooms are quiet. The hotel is quaint and charming. We were pleasantly surprised to see from our road facing window a deer grazing on the grass!! The beds and pillows are comfortable. The staff is pleasant to interact with and very helpful. A special shout out for the house keeping staff who went out of her way to make us comfortable after check in despite the language barrier. The self check in process is very smooth and check out is quick. The price is a bit steep but after having stayed there, I am not complaining.

My room was very next to train station, was noisy at night. Couldn't close windows due to hot weather. EV Charging at a fixed rate of €30 - This was very costly. In general car goes from 5% to 100% in lesser than €25. My car was at 80% and I wanted to take it to 100% because I had a long drive the next day but the hotel would have still charged me €30. This is not fair, so couldn't use this option.

Room was spacious, comfortable, lots of parking spots - all free. Breakfast was decent. Liked it. A couple of restaurants in walking distance. A supermarket very close by.

Having faced high temperatures in Salzburg during the stay it became quite hot in both rooms. Due to the fact that this hotel does not have AC conditions were not very the ideal.

I had a room on the road side, so could not sleep even I closed the window. Too much noise from the road. Toilets are in the first floor and my room in second floor, so if you need to use to must go down.

They had a good breakfast. Hotel was almost on the train stop and only 20m close to the bus stop.

Location is very good, given that the public transportation stops are just next to the hotel, under 1 minute of walking. The room was good except for the floor was a little bit unstable when walking but it didn't annoy us.

We happened to visit during a heatwave and there was no aircon, just a fan that was too noisy to keep on at night. We had windows open but since the hotel is next to the train station we would wake up from the trains. Earplugs are a good idea! Also bring an eye mask because the curtains are not blackouts.

Very nice hotel, outside the city centre but easily reachable by public transport. It was clean and comfortable with basic amenities and very friendly and helpful staff.

The room can use a full mirror. I booked a room with private shower, I did get a private shower but it was outside of the room. Wasn't a big deal for me but it wasn't what I was shown in the pictures while booking.

Very clean, self check-in very straightforward, comfortable beds and great location; bus is right in front of the hotel and takes you to city center. I'd stay there again.
