The apartments were in a very good location to access the centre of Innsbruck, the apartment was clean and modern with everything you could need provided and staff were very friendly.

Limited options for breakfast or would have opted to have breakfast if included eggs and other hot items.

The old building refurbished into an apartment with facilities including local teas, dish washer and best of all, our own patio with herbs. Used the fresh growing mint for tea. Very tastefully done up. They compiled a list of places which was most useful in deciding high quality options for food and drinks.

Location is very convenient. Very near to Sillmall. You can cook in the facilities if you want to save money on food. Place is quiet and nice.

Information on the other facilities at the property (i.e. sauna) were not clearly shared in welcome information (as we arrived after reception closed and there was no written information provided).

The Location of this property was great. In a quiet part of the city, but not far on foot or public transport. The property itself was clear and stylishly modern and the apartments we very comfortable.

The location is about a 20 minute walk from the center, I didn’t really mind that though.

This was by far the best booking I have made! The staff were amazing, giving amazing recommendations for food and activities. Great facilities of the room and the premises (there were free bikes for use!!)

The double bed was just two single beds right to each other with an extra small mattress above and two single quilts. I don't prefer that we can't use all of the space of the bed. The door of the bathroom left a small space not fully convert just by glass.

Very nice location in a such quiet and lovely neighbourhood. The room was big with great lighting and a full functional kitchen. Easy transportation by bus or tram just a few stops from centre. I recommend it

The location was great, just a 10-15 minute walk to the city center. Still felt like it was far enough away from the city center to feel relaxed. The treatment for our dogs was 10/10

The staff were super friendly and welcoming as we arrived and checked out. The facilities in the room had everything you could need and we made good use of our little kitchen that we had. The location was great and was close enough to both the centre of town and the train station.

Slight inconvenience as accommodation was 2 bus stops from train station.

Comfortable beds and clean rooms. Good neighbourhood. 10 mins walk to mall. Staff were welcoming and obliging.

Our room happened to be next to the front door and so was a little noisy, but not a major problem at all.

We stayed here for a short stopover and it worked really well. We needed to check-in late and it worked really smoothly. Instructions were really clear and easy to follow. Free coffee in the morning was great!

Minor things. Like most places tax is paid by cash separate. I’d prefer if this was either an online link option or just included in the stay.

The room we had, had plenty of space to unwind after being in the busy streets of Innsbruck. Easy to deal with the staff. Easy access into the building and room.

A tad dusty

Well organized, friendly and helpfull staff. Small hotel with great service and attention; very good value for the 8 euro breakfast. The daily water bottle was great. Id book again. Very satisfactory overall.

Excellent room. Spotless, well organized, modern, comfortable, new. We didn’t know there was also a gym and sauna at the property too! A pleasant surprise. There is also a a fresh milk vending machine across the street from the local farmer. Wow!

I guess Innsbruck is expensive. The price of the room was in comparison with other, more central locations probably reasonable. For that price though a little ready breakfast in the room could have been included.

Breakfast was not included. We had to leave anyway before breakfast time. Otherwise all tip-top. Friendly staff, quiet. Everything one needs in the room.
