The location is excellent. The room is comfortable and well-equipped. The check in is very easy. All the instructions are provided by the host.

The room was very warm and we couldn't work out how to turn the heating down. Some confusion about check-in process, I had to chase and ring for the access code to the building. Bathroom only had a glass sliding door that didn't close completely.

Spacious apartment. Very clean. Very central and easy to walk into the old town of Salzburg.

Only one thing: Uncomfortable beds. Maybe I'm getting old, but the mattresses could be exchanged for new ones.

Great location, service and price/quality ratio. I encountered no problems during my stay. Staff is commucative and helpful even though we didn't see each other during the stay. You can walk to the city center in few minutes, some shops and restaurants are very close to the appartment.

I received a call from the property one day BEFORE my stay saying that i have to pay a fine for smoking in the room 😂 I hardly explained to them that my booking is tomorrow and they made a mistake. Also i think if they include the city’s tax which is 1,50€ per person per night to the amount of the room, it would be better.

The idea of self check in and out is very comfortable plus the amazing location which is less than 10 min walk from the downtown.

Too many people involved while you chat with the host, different people asking for the same thing several times.

Very clean, near the center, if you’re lucky enough you can get the free bikes to go around the center (definitely a plus!)

Check out time is too early - 10 o'clock! Usually it is 12 or 11. You have to set an alarm clock to be on time for those who want to sleep little late. The apartment is so close to city that means mainly people come here for holidays not work. It is not normal to ask extra money for normal check out time. Also parking - it would be nice if host explains all parking possibilities. I do not think that you have to charge money for parking if on Saturday it is for free on the street next to apartment. It is also not nice to ask client write only good review on B.com and tell the rest in private.

Excellent location, bicycles available, clean and nice apartment. Instructions on every corner what and how to do.

You got 1 towel to each person, want 1 more? Pay. The wash machine is in the stairs to everyone use and cost money. Only 2 parking places, and the other is in the street itself which cost 22 euro for a day (i got a ticket)

The bed was a bit hard and I had some trouble sleeping because of it. Other guests didn’t respect the apartment rules, and were out shouting and yelling before 6 in the morning. The fridge was a bit small.

Really good location, in walking distance of the Old city center. Liked having a pool after a hot day in the city. Easy check in system.

Our bed sheets and pillows were a bit worn out. Some new pillows and bed linens would be nice. The mattress was good enough but if there was one area for improvement it would be a more comfortable bed, pillow, sheets ensemble.

The best location for visiting old town. Just a five minute walk from the tunnel to the historic district. You can walk to anywhere in historic Salzburg within 15 minutes. There is a nice swimming pool in the back of this apartment. They have bikes available to guests at no extra charge. We rode bikes to the old town, along the river, and to Schloss Hellbrun. The Billa grocery store is nearby so easy to get coffee and snacks. The best restaurant nearby is Mr. Le Asian food. The off-street parking is good.

Parking charge a little bit high.

I loved how they have wrote every single info you might need in a book including locations, attractions, bus, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and also taxi arrangements and fees of everything. Very Helpful 👍🏻👍🏻 Also you can reach them through whatsapp anytime.

Parking spaces are arranged so that one guest may park another in. We were concerned at first, but the staff were very helpful in communicating between guests so it was never a problem at all, and in the end didn't turn out to be a negative, just something to be aware of.

Very helpful staff. We ate dinner outside next to the pool every night. Kitchens were well equipped - stove and microwave, no oven, plenty of dishes and pots and pans. Typical mini fridge.

Parking spot was a bit annoying, but completely understandable being in the middle of the city.
