The property was really clean and spacious, the kitchen was very well equipped and good quality coffee it was there for us! Enough toilet paper and shower gel, clean towels in the bathrooms. The location very well connected and close to the Train Station

The apartment lacks a little charm

Great location, warm quiet comfortable and great service- our Wi-Fi didn’t work and it was rectified quickly. There is a grocery store across the road and a bus stop too. It was great for our family of 5. The kitchen had an espresso machine- fantastic!

We had some confusion with getting the key. The locations of the office is in a different erea then the apartment...

Great location. Near the train station and a walking distance from the river and mirabel garden. The kitchen is fully aquipte and there is a washing and dryer machine... it was great staying there

This was a clean comfortable apartment in a very convenient location. Only 15 minute walk to the centre of Salzburg. It was very convenient to have a parking space. We were given a warm welcome and the host was extremely helpful

Property has no soft furnishings, a sofa and soft chairs would have been great to relax on after sightseeing all day. There would be the room for this if there was a smaller dining table.

The keys are located 10 minutes away from the main train station but the apartment is located a bit farther away. For large groups with lots of individual bags and without any car, it was a little difficult organizing the key pickup first and transfer of bags to apartment after. I would suggest to the hosts to try to make the checkin/pickup process simpler for guests without cars.

Hosts were very receptive and easy to discuss logistics and issues with during office hours. The apartment was well kept with basic equipment and facilities such as shampoo, soap, laundry detergent and very fast wifi. The apartment was located in a quiet area of town however within 5 minutes on a bus or 15 minutes walking it was simple to travel into Old Town. Around the apartment is a big supermarket and several good restaurants, Austrian, beer garden, Japanese, Arabic, Mexican, Grills, cafes. The apartment was large enough to fit 4-6 adults and 2-4 small children. I would stay here again.

Loud, lots of traffic, and there was construction on the street, but not a big deal. Could not figure out the washer/dryer and we would have needed that. Left with wet laundry.

The only observation I had its it would have been perfect if they had air condition, however they had fans. This summer was really hot in Salzburg. Other than that everything was excellent.

I loved the spacious apartment and its location was perfect for me. Plenty of beds and the living room was comfortable. Huge dinning room, very nice balcony and the most important part I had my own private parking😊. Definitely will stay there next time.

Only one negative about this apartment….one fan. No Ac and only one fan. We were miserable in June. Otherwise we loved the apartment, but we were so hot we couldn’t breath. The hosts were lovely, the space is clean, right beside grocery and bus stop, the fold down bunk beds were amazing, but really couldn’t focus on anything because it was so miserably hot. For such a nice apartment, I think during June-August they should have a portable AC.

Have to collect apartment keys at the office which is 750m away.

The apartment was clean and spacious and beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking. Location is near to a train station. It was a comfortable stay.

We collected keys from reception at a different location. Ww had 2 car spaces assigned but someone else was in one of them. The situation was sorted out promptly. We liked the long dinner table which was good for the 8 of us.

Should have some amenities like coffee packets, tea bags… The walk to the downtown 15 minutes but a nice one along the River.

You could only sit 4 people on the balcony and we were 6.

The apartment was in a quiet area out of the busy tourist area but a lovely 10/15 minute walk into town along the river. Beds were comfortable and bedrooms good for groups of people. Bean to cup coffee machine was wonderful! Showers were great.

No lounge room, only a large kitchen area with a large table.

The apartment was spacious. Location was only 100m from the river and a 20 -30 min walk along the river bank to the old town. Parking is available, but you do need to pay. We did not have an issue with picking the keys up at a different location. The staff were very helpful in orientating us to Salzburg. The kitchen had everything we needed. 2 bathrooms were very welcomed for a family with teenagers.

The towels were a bit worn out. Key collection and check-in was about 10 mins walking from the actual apartment.

The apartment size was huge! Very comfortable as all three of us had our private rooms and the apartment had 2 bathrooms which made it very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and the grocery store was just around the corner. Within 10-15 mins walking from the main station and downtown Salzburg. The reception staff was very friendly and extremely accommodating. He even gave my dad who has severe arthritis in his ankle a ride from the reception to the apartment. Very kind of him to do that.
