We had to change our room (106) due to noise from the SPA machinery. The next morning went to reception and the blond lady from Slovakia was very helpful, she moved us to the 3rd floor. Restaurant Staff is professional and polite. Breakfast is really nice, dinner is 'much ado about nothing'. At check out @ 10am we had a wrong charge on our bill, which had to be removed. The receptionist lady (brown hair working there just 5 months) said she will not take it off, wont call her colleague on her off day, so we should wait until 2pm when afternoon shift arrives. Which was ridiculous. I asked to call her supervisor which she did, and the manager was very professional and smoothened things out for us.

There are mistakes everywhewe right? The equipment of the rooms is outdated, which was ok, because it was advertised as such on the booking. But considering the price and stars of the hotel, one would expect better quality beds and not sagging mattress. The cleaning of the rooms was also below expectations.

Thermal -Bad hotel Kirchler is a hotel with a tradition following the love of nature and efforts of the Kirchler family. The hotel has a beautiful new wellness area. The food menu was rich and very tasty. You ll come down the hill and fragrant homemade soup awaits you and then relax by the pool, it is simply impossible not to enjoy it. The staff at the reception, resturant and bar was top notch.

We stayed in an very big room with balkony and the great view to the glacier, we knew in advance that the 45qm hadn‘t been renovated, so it was ok. Excellent is the new Indoor-pool and spa area. Breakfast and Diner could offer a little more regional products and recipe, but our stay was nice

Chiefs product are very salty - if the soup does not crunch at the bottom, it is not properly salted. Another example is tired vegetables or smell of baked salty speck in the entrance in the dining room. This hints makes me understand that If I was looking for a culinary experience, then I m NOT in the right place.

The great new spa and all the res rooms. Bar man is friendly man as well as main service desk is fine.

Food was very meat-heavy and greasy, could be a bit more healthy options. Wide mix of guests, from party groups to fancy.

Spacious room, very nice wellness facilities, parking was easy. Location for skiing is perfect.

Very comfortable hotel with good swimming pool and excellent ski-room. Handy for the bus to the Hintertux lifts, although with good snow you can ski back to the hotel.

-The hotel is pretty expensive -I liked the separation between wc and the rest of the bathroom, but I didn't like the fact that there was no sink next to wc, and we have to go out to wash our hands. But it was not a very important thing :)

In the morning of checkout, ca 8.30, still in bed, knock on the door (cleaning lady I assume), instantly door opened - me yelling "no!" - heard short excuse and door closed (you cannot physically lock the door from inside (no chain)).

The only thing i can think of is that you can easily hear others in other rooms, and especially on other balconies. I had ear plugs, but i thought i would mention it ;)

There was an “afternoon snack” included with our booked half board. The room I stayed was a “Zirbenzimmer” and smelled of arolla pine. My room had a big bath room and a separate room for the WC.

There are several ski racing teams in the hotel (kids' teams) who are very noisy and behave badly. They made a noise from 6 am and later than 11 pm. No chance to sleep. Of course, it is not about the staff educating them (trainers didn't care). But would recommend to the hotel staff to separate them from other guests strictly. We didn't have any chance to rest and left the hotel very tired. It is not what we expected from our weekend in the mountains.

Amazing staff, everything was better than we expected. Due to weather conditions and traffic, we arrived in the night. And we found a snack prepared for us (instead of the dinner we missed). We were welcomed in our mother tongue which was another nice surprise. Everything was clean, food was delicious. Rich breakfasts.

Spa facilities getting refurbished so not available. Music choices in restaurant and bar a bit random & not really in keeping with general vibe.

Food was superb, some of the best in Austria. Staff were friendly. Room was comfortable. Hotel had character.
