We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaThe restaurant is only open for dinner Friday and Saturday night, so you need to be mindful of that when catering for yourselves, as the nearest shop/restaurant is a 20 minute drive away. No other issues of note.
White Sands is a great place to stay on the East Coast of Tasmania. The unit was clean and comfortable and had everything you need for a few nights away. The facilities at the resort were excellent, including the restaurant and bar.

Location was great, unit clean and tidy. Great there was cleaning detergents etc for the kitchen including diswasher tablets. Great that DVDs and games also available.

AustraliaTired accommodation and photos on website didn’t match reality, which was disappointing. Not happy had to pay for use of bbq when told was included in stay. I didn’t have any money on me so couldn’t use it and had to cook in room after I had walk down with meat. Also, only found out when arrived restaurant not open for tea Monday and Tuesday. Lunch is take away but found out on second day can sit in cafe and eat it. No staff on hand when you arrive or to deal with any issues. Tennis court was very old and needs an upgrade. Games room was rubbish and half the equipment was out of order or not working. We wont be back sorry.
