Sound proofing between units, why not annoying, you can hear the movement etc of your neighbours

As an all abilities apartment, the bathroom definitely needs some anti slip strips in the shower - it is really dangerous when wet. Also the kitchen could do with more serving bowls for meals. Wardrobes need coat-hanger.

Slippery floor in shower. Lack of suffiicent insulation between bottom and top floor apartment resulting in hearing every step taken by guests in unit above us.

If appartment upstairs is booked. You can easily hear them walking around. Didn't notice the noise so much bedroom end, more the lounge room

Amazing apartment, extremely clean and spacious. Very comfortable and modern. Loved the huge bathroom. Quiet surroundings. Carpark next to the apartment. Very short drive to shops. Air con in all the rooms. TV in main bedroom as well as lounge. Great to have free Netflix!!!

The only problem we had and we didn’t say anything was that the pool was too cold on the 2nd and 3Rd day. I thought it would get warmer and it didn’t. This detracted from our stay as one of our boys didn’t use the pool as it was too cold.

I couldn't work the dryer took me the whole time to try dry clothes so I came home with wet clothes instructions for the washing machine and dryer would help heaps but other then that enjoyed our stay

Everything made our stay feel vary relaxed kids was comfortable although a bath would of been suitable for my kids next time will definitely be getting a room with a bath

The carport was a bit tight for our car as we had difficulty opening the rear doors,

The apartment was extremely clean, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and the accessible bathroom made showering easy. The heater kept us warm and cosy, The surroundings were very peaceful with lots of opportunities for walking and exploring.

It didn’t impact on our stay, but for others who may want it, arrangements could be made for food deliveries eg room service.

Location was excellent as were the hosts. Rooms large and modern. Extremely happy with our choice of accommodation.

The wifi is not very gd. There is no wifi in the bedroom. The wifi is only in the living room.

Hosts Will and Amy were welcoming and helpful. Apartment was spacious and modern, with great kitchen and living areas. Rooms were comfortable. Very handy having Netflix and YouTube available on the TV. Paynesville is more picturesque and peaceful to stay at than Bairnsdale, but is only 15 mins away if needed. Happy to come back again.

A small 'grizzle': once people moved in to the unit above us we could constantly hear the footsteps of they & their young children as they walked (ran) up & down! We had the impression from the website that we would be overlooking the river - but were disappointed on arrival to see that that was not the case at all. We were actually in a newer cabin block behind the original Captains Cabins

Well appointed, immaculately presented with quality fittings & contents & fitted out excellent facilities & access for a handicapped person. Suited my friend's needs beautifully. Managers' very helpful & considerate.

A pot holder would be helpful. The large lounge requires someone to check the springs as it was noisy when we sat on it. The parking bays are extremely tight especially when the side mirrors are out.

We liked the roominess of the apartment. Also the sunny aspect and it was very clean. It could cater for someone with a physical disability, very thoughtful.

Clean comfortable spacious apartment in a great location. Hired a kayak and paddled the river which was beautiful.... Amy and her husband were lovely and friendly
