It wasn’t made clear on booking.com that I had to pay such an exorbitant amount of money extra for a rollout bed for our third child. I was surprised to find this out when arriving at the property. This should be made clear in the final pricing, not hidden away in the fine print.

Decor a bit tired with a number of fixtures and fittings broken or in need of repair. Not enough cutlery, dishwashing products etc available.

The apartment was not very clean. The ensuite shower had mould and could smell it as not enough air. You could see that it has not been cleaned prop over time. It was also very dusty on skirting boards and picture frames. The cupboards in kitchen were lined with dust. Filters in bathrooms and split system desperately need a clean for better function. There were cigarette butts on balcony behind the outside split system unit. The apartment desperately needs a deep clean. The bathrooms in particular are not up to guest standard. Disappointed for the price we had to pay.

Loved the location. It was convenient to public transport and easy walk to city centre. The view was amazing

It's not that I didn't like it, it's just that the room needs a little make over and revamp. It's a little tired. The bathrooms flooded a couple of times. The rooms were clean, a brilliant layout and plenty of room for 7 guests. Nothing much to not like though.

Location was perfect !! Supermarket and shopping centre close by. Pink concert was at Marvel stadium so a short walk for myself and my 3 girls. South Wharf DFO a short uber ride away and city shopping access made easy with free tram located a short stroll away. All in all it was a pleasurable stay !!

The cleanerness was delow average the windows were very dirty the floors look like they hadn’t been cleaned before we arrived and the tiles in the bathrooms could be up dated

THE ADDRESS we were given was the key pickup rather than the place we were staying so we got the uber to drop us and all the bags off at the wrong place. The place we actually ended up in was a better location though. But maybe let the people know they might actually be staying at a different location and that the address is just a key pick up location.

Wasn’t clean, old tv (cannot stream and Foxtel was broken) and furniture were worn. Bathroom and carpet dirty.

No firm pillows. Only 1 toilet paper roll in each bathroom, 1 dishwasher tablet and 1 washing machine detergent for a multi night stay meant we ran out. Glass windows/sliding doors were very dirty in bedrooms.

Checkin. Leaving bags at reception until we left for the airport. Location. View. Transport access. Attractions, supermarket, restaurants and shops nearby. Balcony. Great kitchen. Resolved issue with a damaged appliance straight away. Quiet streets.

The property is tired and needs a freshen up. Furniture is quite old and damaged. The whole place needed a good clean too.

Poor maintenance of unit with a power point hanging off the wall and wasn’t repaired after reporting to management, the tape were leaking in the bathroom and generally the room was not clean. Was more of a three star rating
