Bathroom was dirty with hair on the floor, the switches to lights and exhaust fan fid not work, the shower taps dripped amd there was ceiling mould over the shower/bath.

The location was good and the bed comfortable was clean and comfortable. Opening windows were a bonus.

I didn't like the bathroom, also the costumer service was a little bit weird.

Overall hotel needs a good clean / revamp. All kinds of noises middle of night from water pipes, toilets flushing, doors open close from the corridor, kids running around upstairs. My room had many items showing wear and tear.

Very little information about the hotel or the room itself. No information on cafes or restaurants in the vicinity. Nothing even for a supermarket. Staff at reception were nice but a little shocked if asked any questions about anything

Close to the hospital where my husband had surgery. Easier to walk than use the car.

The bathroom sink was where you had to fill the kettle and wash your cup etc up (pretty unhygienic in my view) Only free to air TV, my remote told me otherwise❗

Location to where I was going. The bathroom was done out pretty nice, maybe a cupboard behind the mirror would be good. The man who checked me in and out was friendly,helpful and chatty 😀

We were on the second floor and the lift did not work all the time..The shower door did not open far enough ,too close to the vanity making it difficult to get in and out..The rooms are apartments With reasonable kitchen. But there were NO TABLE OR CHAIRS so and any meal you have to eat standing up or sitting on the lounge and eating off your lap.

Upon arrival, there was a dirty spoon in the sink, still had rice on it. The electronic door lock failed. This took 3 trips to reception to prompt a maintenance response. This would not have been good if this occurred at midnight. The room was not ready at 1pm when we arrived, even though this was an arranged request. The room was not ready at 2pm, normal check-in time. It appears staffing cost is kept to a minimum. This reduces overheads, it also reduces service. The car park is tight.

The location is great for the sporting precinct of Melbourne. The room is comfortable, our room was on the western side. Comments from our travel partners that in the morning, the bathroom was hot. The rooms are well appointed and kept up to date.

The car park needs some serious restructuring!!! The layout is makes it difficult to drive in, park and get out, literally had to wait for someone to leave so I could get my car out, as the hotel decided to block one of the exits 🤷🏼‍♀️ The hotel hallways, stairs were dirty, people were obviously smoking in the rooms… staff were walking around but hadn’t no care. The back door was open to anyone to walk in also!!! Like no card required to get in

Wasn’t the cleanest - stains on bedding, the chair, and a pair of old socks on the ground. A lot of hair in shower/bathroom

The people who frequent the place.It appeared that there was drug dealing or some of the people who stayed there had some connection with drugs.It made us feel uncomfortable

Parking is absolutely terrible and the driveway is so so narrow. Also a car was parked in the exit the entire time, just lucky there was a second exit. Room was nice but bathroom did not match the pictures and was a bit dirty on arrival with hair on the floor and grime/ dirt around the base of the sink and under the bathroom cabinet (floating cabinet) also no face washer or hand towel provided. The second bed in our room also had no sheets, understandable as we only booked one bed, but the room we booked from the pictures only had one bed so we did not get the room expected/ in the picture. Overall good price and location, i would likely book again due to price

The bedside tables were thick of dust, the light above the lounge area didn't work and the room slightly smelt of cigarettes.

The staff were great and checkout was flexible. Had a great sleep and the walk wasn't too far from rod laver.
