It was clean and tidy and the property manager was very friendly.

The property is close to the beach and all the lovely restaurants.

Not much - Spa run time was 2 or 3 minutes - had to keep pressing the button to restart it which affected my ability to drink my beer uninterrupted 😂😎🍻

The after hours check-in was a bit tricky, as the key lockbox was behind a locked grill door that we did not have access to. It was only by chance that the burger cashier was able to get us in.

The location was fantastic, Jacqui was friendly and warm and personalised service made us feel right at home. We locked ourselves out of the apartment out of hours and had the issue solved within minutes.

Location was excellent. Just a short walk to so many things including beach, esplanade, The Wharf, supermarket/shops. Loved the size of the property. It was easy to navigate including getting to the pool area. The room itself was spacious and had everything we needed. Bonus that there was a dedicated parking space at no extra cost. Easy to communicate with the owners before and during our stay. Loved that there was the opportunity to borrow pool/beach equipment.

Everything we needed was there but do feel it is in need of a bit of refurbishment.

The location was very good and the size of the room was fine for the two of us.The pool is well situated on the 1st floor and we did enjoy a spa.We do like having the choice of several different restaurants to choose from.Something for every night if you choose to do so and good walking distance.

The only problem we had was noise from the road but that is a problem with any accommodation on the main thoroughfare.

The properties location was excellent being close to restaurants and tourist attractions.

We were not informed that the surrounding streets would be closed due to a triathalon and therefore we couldn't get our car out and attend a function we had planned. Staff told us there were street signs but the only sign we saw was one telling us the Sunshine Motorway was going to be closed on Sunday, which didn't affect us. A little note in the envelope you get on check in advising guests of street closures would of been all that was required instead we got the response "oh we've never had anyone stay here that's not going to the triathalon".

Whilst clean and comfortable, the apartment itself is in need of a refurbishment. Looking tired and outdated.

The location was excellent, within walking distance of the beach, the Esplanade and all the shops, cafes and bars. Ocean views from the balcony. Our apartment was clean and comfortable. Cannot speak highly enough of the managers, Jacquie and Paul. They were helpful, friendly and happy to help whenever possible.

Great location, so close to eateries, the beach, and other recreational activities. While its older apartment, it was very clean and comfortable. Had all the basics that you need- laundry/ kitchenette. Staff were friendly and it had a relaxed vibe which is exactly what you want when on holidays.
