The whole check in thing was a disaster- the machines didnt work unless you called the call centre and waited over 1/2 hour to get assistqnce there was a quee of people wanting to check in. The info said the office was manned until 5 and it wasn't. The check out just as difficult as you had to drop the key card for the parking after you exited the building and there is no legal parking anywhere near by. The check in sheet was not informative enough didnt even say there are 2 buildings- the carpsrk signs ridululous -

The first room had aircon units right outside the bedroom window making it impossible to sleep, also not a pleasant outlook. Asked if another room was available and the staff were fantastic in organizing the room I had stayed in previously which is lovely and why I rebooked at Arena.

Size of the apartment and the location. Having a large amount of guest car parks was also a bonus.

We agreed on a late check-out at 12 but at 10, 11 stuff came and we were told that we have to return the keys. And even after we returned the keys and left the Apartments we got a message that we need to come down to the reception and return the keys.

Great location, nice apartment. There is everything what you need. The only thing I would add is a coffee machine.

The kitchen could do with a bowl to mix and measure cups. The hot water for washing up wasn't very hot, washing up soap needs to be better quality so dish and pans are cleaned. Better lighting, example bedside table lights would be good.

It was quiet close to everything, had plenty of room, kitchen was equipped good. Very clean.

Check in process. We got stuck in traffic and had to check in via the online kiosk. There was no where to park while doing this which was very inconvenient. Then the machine did not print the code that I needed to use to get my keys out of the other key safe. No one onsite to assist, and 2 foreigner staff on the phone with average english comprehension who were too focused on following a phone script than understanding what was being said to them. Had to wait for a tech guy to come to the location to assist which then made us ĺate for a dinner appointment

Every apartment has an allocated Car bay but when booking it says parking cost extra? Check in process could be better, the Kiosks are innovative but it something goes wrong you have to stand around and wait for the caretaker to show up. I would have thought the office would stay open a bit later on a Friday evening when lots of people are checking in. For a newish (2014) building the sound treatments where as good as I would have liked. I could hear the front gate slamming at night time and if the roads were busy you could hear that too.

Clean and well appointed apartments with all of the comforts you could need. Great Location. Free Street parking overnight if you don't want to pay extra.

One of the beds had a permanent dip like the springs had broken right across the width of the bed. There was a strong rubbish smell in the hallway that you could smell as soon as you opened the door. Customer service upon checkout was poor and would be the sole reason I wouldn't return.

Location was great, close to the city, restaurants, Southbank etc; rooms were clean and spacious; nice and quiet stay on the ground floor. Secured paid parking. Modern accommodation - great for a little getaway Ora place to stay to be closer to any events in the city area. Would stay again if needed.

The guy at the reception is terrible and has no clue about customer service. The reservation team on the phone is not much better, unfortunately.

The property speaks for itself. It is clean and well equipped. The pool is beautiful.

Access to pool gate was out of order, we were guaranteed 2pm check in which did not happen and when called to follow up they conveniently said your room is ready now and we were about to call. Also payment check in system doesn’t work correctly and payment had not gone through however cleared from our account. Construction works started early Saturday morning 6 am so no sleep in

Not properly furnished and kitchen was not stocked for a family of four. Walls were battered and tattered. The photos are nothing like reality. Re-cleaned surfaces in the kitchen and bathrooms on arrival. Next door is currently a construction site. Work commences by 6.15 am, including on Saturdays.

The pool is in a weird place, right on the other side of a public walkthrough so after school or work there's lots of foot traffic and people looking at you. Bed linen wasn't great - a very yellow stained duvet sandwiched between 2 flat sheets. Bottom sheet was a flat sheet as well that un-tucked itself from the bed every night.

Great location, easy walking distance to lots of restaurants and public transport. The apartment was clean and tidy, and the shower had great pressure. Kitchen was lovely and spacious.
