Wifi was unreliable, as was the internet in general so probably more a provider problem than anything else. Disappointing to find dirt around the floor edges near the walls, especially in the toilet of the cabin, unfortunately for the cleaners it was a new cabin so it showed up the pubic hairs on the floor.

Good to see some improvements to the grounds being undertaken, it looked like they were well overdue. Fortunate to get a new cabin and was quite comfortable. Perhaps some sun blinds on the verandah to block out the sun would be great. Had an issue with the light in the cabin which was fixed without delay, other places have been known to leave it until next day.

We were under the opinion that we had rented a cabin as that is what it was called. It’s a dormitory room with walls that don’t go to the ceiling. When the gent beside us got up for work at 4 am and tuned his light on we were awoken well and truly. I would not stay in this type of room. I have stayed at this caravan park before and will again BUT I’m going to be very certain that I get what I am looking for. The name is very deceiving. Calling a dormitory room a cabin does not make it a cabin… The location and staff are nice and the park is friendly.

1 bed chalet underwhelming. Besides knife fork and spoon next to no cooking utensils. Room 77 very outdated cracked shower screen wobbly noisy dirty fan. Not worth the $310 price tag for 1 night. Not value for money. Obviously catering to the mining industry so can charge what they like. Caravan at rear had flashing fairy lights on all night which didn’t help.

The room was a little unclean but seemed to be just dust that would've blown in whilst cleaning, nothing gross or unmanageable. The wifi was unuseable, possibly due to the location of our cabin.

Was given an ocean view, no complaint there :D Staff were exceptional, definitely a big tick for customer service. Close to shops and scenic locations.

The room was very worn down and would definitely need an update. There was also a smell coming from the bathroom. We aired the room and it got better after. Overall cleaning could have been better.

Staff was friendly and check-in easy and quick. Fresh towels and soap etc. was provided. Very quiet at night time.

My stay here at Discovery Parks was very satisfying, the room was clean tidy, the beds are very comfortable, the staff here are very kind respectful, & helpful with information. I would love to come back one day hope for a longer stay maybe even a great holiday, I highly recommend this place to anyone 🙂

Mould and bird poo over entrance to chalet. Dirty walls, surfaces, floors. Very tired and damaged. Reluctant to walk barefoot on floors or in shower. Dirtiness was not Pilbara dirt, it was lack of cleaning. Exhaust fans and aircons full of dust and dirt which affected use. Oven did not work.
