Stunning property a short walk from the bars and restaurants. The interior is absolutely beautiful. We stayed in Grand Room 1 and it was definitely grand... a huge room with high ornate ceilings, an impressive chandelier, big super comfy bed and a big TV. The bathroom had dual sinks and a really nice shower.

No proper table to eat at. Layout of bathroom could be improved with more surfaces for toiletries etc and more towel rails, Some fittings needed maintenance (toilet seat and shelf in shower.

The skylight in the second bedroom leaves the room a little bright for midday naps. We did have a minor challenge closing the skylight window completely but it created no issues.

It was very clean. The king size bed in the main bedroom was so comfortable - like sleeping on a cloud. The room was separate to the main property which was great as we have a toddler. Check in was seamless and check out too. Heating in all rooms worked well. The house keeping staff were lovely and helpful. The lay out of the rooms within the apartment works well for sound proofing too. The location of the apartment is very good, if the weather was a little better we could have walked to a lot of eating places.

There was nothing to not like about the property. Only feedback is that a broom could be handy and perhaps some washing powder for washing machine (happy to pay or include as a chargeable item). Most properties are now offering 11am check out which you may want to consider.

Decor, location, spaciousness, comfortable (particularly beds), amenities. The buildings character and grandness was amazing.

No shower door, bathroom door also didnt close at all and things from mini bar were missing that i got charged for also on arrival when i booked through here the pin number you sent me did not work lucky for me the staff on after hours went above and beyond to get me a room for the night after being stuck in the cold with my daughter for nearly an hour

Bed was awsome some of the things were missing from the mini bar that i did not use but got charged for and the shower has no door so was very cold also the bathroom door did not close and i was staying there with my daughter so this is not ideal

I didn't receive an email prior to arrival, so when I arrived, I couldn't get in. I had to ring about 4 numbers until I got to speak to someone to give me the code to get me room key. That was a small inconvenience only.

Lovely room. Heater was on when we arrived so the apartment was lovely and warm. Very comfortable bed. Great value for money.

Parking. We couldn’t park out the back of the property (very little parking room and none available) and there was no parking available out the front of the property until late in the afternoon. Had to park up the Main Street and walk our bags around.

I had advised that my sister used a wheelchair and walker when confirming the booking. Access was confirmed as being possible from the rear of the property. She arrived an hour earlier than me, and was unable to access the key, as it was located in a lock box at the front of the property, up a flight of about 8 or so stairs. Understandable that the lock box would be in only one location, however It would have been helpful to know this in advance, so she could have planned to arrive after me.

Lovely period accommodation with modern comforts. Beds super comfortable, fire was on when we arrived, which was very welcoming. Location excellent, as walking distance to several eateries.

Would have loved early check in as I needed somewhere to work from. Communication regarding whether that was available on the day would have been good.

Gorgeous old building, love the rooms, the balcony, chandeliers and the bath. Easy check in and check out with key drop. Great location. Easy parking.

A passcode was texted to us to get our keys from a lockbox. But the code was wrong. We contacted the hotel number & waited for 10-15 minutes to get the key. However, we guessed the code and were able to get the key from the key box after 10-15 minutes.

The heritage building is just beautiful. And our apartment was more than comfortable. Also appreciated that it close to many amenities, cafes etc.
