I was probably expecting house keeping to call in at least once while we were there, but we had everything we needed without them anyways.

The accomodation was a bigger than we were expecting, it had everything we needed for our stay. Location is perfect, it was quiet and cafes, shops, etc were all within walking distance. Staff were friendly and booking was easy. Would definitely come again, great value for money!

The bathroom had mold, the rear door had a gap which allowd midgies to come in and cold, bed covers were just a number of sheets and blankets put together that came apart through out the night and most importantly I specified that I am travelling with 2 kids aged 11 & 13 that had to sleep in a double bed with barely any room. I had stayed there previously and expected room would be similar.

1. We had an apartment but the table and chairs were very uncomfortable as they were simply a large ottoman with 4 pull out sections, not a table and chairs which are seen in their adverts. 2. Expensive for a Winter vacation.

The only thing would be that the shower curtain wasn’t clean. That’s being very picky. And of course the massages and stuff weren’t available.

Very, very overpriced!! Very small single beds, pushed close together. Two friends sharing do not need to sleep that close!! We moved them apart to give room in-between, the room was large enough.....not sure why they put them side by side. We were given a disability access room, not sure why when wasn't requested & we are able bodied. This meant open shower with a curtain. I would not have booked if I knew this. I HATE shower curtains, they are always mouldy & cling to you when showering, also make an absolute mess on the bathroom floor. The well appointed kitchen had a coffee machine (that was also noted in listing) but NO coffee pods!! When we enquired we were told 30+ coffee shops in Dunsborough, (fair enough we also supported these), BUT do not put a machine in the room then....as we are travelling around most places have coffee machines but every place has used a different pod. We never know what type of machine so loathed to buy a pack that is useless at the next destination. Surely for the price we paid you could provide 2 coffee pods for early morning coffee, some people like a leisurely morning coffee in their pj's before venturing out, especially in the cooler weather. I personally would not stay here again, the price we paid was really over the top for accommodation offered, the whole experience was not great for me.

Location was great, heated pool and sauna brilliant, bedroom bigger then what was expected from what was said on the website, bath in room was fab great addition.

Safe in the bedroom could be replaced & bedside lighting could be improved for reading in bed. Minor & probably really not worth mentioning as our stay was very pleasant.

Location was right in town, within walking distance & close to everything. Even though it was on the main street it was very quiet in the complex. Very reasonable rates for self contained units. Parking was good right next to the unit. Shower water was hot & heating/cooling unit was reverse cycle. Nice little verandah out front to enjoy the afternoon sun. Staff were very helpful & friendly. Will stay at this accommodation again in the future.
