Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The outside lights shone through the window / curtains and it was very had to get to sleep. This needs to be on some type of sensor / timer. The mattress was very uncomfortable and gave both myself and my wife a sore back. The last night the people in the room next to us were making a lot of noise, and had NO respect for other guests. We had to leave the Motel at 3.00am (we were up at 2.30am) and they were still awake and making a lot of noise.
It was close and convenient for us to catch up with family and to do our sight seeing

nothing really. Everything we needed we could access.
central location was very convenient. There were no breakfasts but that didn't matter as we were able to buy a box of cereal and disposable bowls and cutlery so that saved money for a 4 day stay. I appreciated being able to borrow iron and ironing board.

-parking space not much room to manoeuvre your car into parking spaces trees overhanging risk of damage to vehicles when reversing out one way in and same way out bigger cars will struggle

My only issue was I didn’t like the old style window rattler air con, it was very hot over the weekend and only just managed to keep the room cool at night, all though we where out a majority of the time it didn’t bother us too much
Rooms where as described, cosy and a decent size family room can comfortably fit 4 people, perfect for what was needed for the weekend stay Staff was very friendly and accomodating

Great location, staff were well organised and happy to provide a microwave, plates etc as we were staying for a week. Cleaned our unit as often as we wanted.

Our room felt warm and cosy with brick walls and high wooden ceilings. Comfortable beds and a last minute request for an extra bed was not problem. Instant hot water and pressure to warm you.

I didn't like the carpet in the room, it's because I have allergies that's the reason
It is very close to the shops and the train station. The location of the motel is in a very quiet area. I personally liked it.

There was a dog that lived behind the Motel that was barking during the night and also early in the morning that woke us up. Room needed an iron and face washers.
The shower was good. It had really good pressure. Love the tall wooden gable ceiling and brick wall. Gave it a nice little touch.

Very convenient for my purpose of visting family in the area. Clean, comfortable & quiet considering its on a main road. We were provided with a map & explanation of shops & eateries in the area on arrival at reception which was really helpful & informative

-reception is only staffed till 20:00 so keep that in mind if you’re travelling late :)
-Convenient location -The staff was nice and check in went smoothly -The rooms were better than I expected and had a microwave and fridge and kettle -beds were comfy and everything was clean

- everything very clean and comfortable - There was a microwave in the room - great lighting (not harsh down lights at night) - brick interior is very cosy, love this! - parking directly out the front of your room - long life milk, tea/coffee, basic toiletries provided - room also had a toaster (plus kettle)

Dark rooms, needed the lights on whenever we were in the room.
Basic accommodation but great value for money. Great location for our sports event and also for access to the Worlds and Gold Coast.

We had a toaster in the room but no plates or knives, spoons or bowls. New mattresses are definitely needed.
Very clean room. Great location to where we were going. Excellent Sports Club just around the corner with great meals.
