The bed mattress was saggy and old. The sofa bed was similar and uncomfortable to sit in. Seems the units may be individually owned and we just got a dud bed.

The location is perfect. Great value for money. The unit is very well set up. Big outdoor area that gets the morning sun.

The air con on the roof beside the place ran all night was a bit annoying at midnight to 5am once we closed all the windows and slid doors to lounge room it blocked a bit out I think we all so need to look at the time we are given to stay 2pm book in with a 10am check out you not even getting 24 hours stay for your money bit over priced for the night

The top floor was great the view was fantastic really nice restaurant around in walking distance beach 50m away from the door place had lots of room to move around very big apartments friendly staff on-site we left some stuff in apartments and they call us to let us know the lady was nice got there after hours had to give them a call when we got there the fella on the phone was really helpful to get us in

We wanted to cook more of our meals but the electric stovetop was terrible. Took ages to heat up and didn't cook the food well at all

Location was prefect, the beach is only a minute's walk away and is mostly protected. There was a playground close by; perfect for little ones. Place was very clean and staff were lovely.

Great location across from beach, super friendly staff, large apartment and comfy bed. Parking available too. Loved the room design and nice shower, very clean also. Thai and Mexican restaurants across from beach had amazing food

Excellent location. Belaire is located within a short walking distance of restaurants, beaches, shops, and weekend markets.

The additional child's bed was very uncomfortable because the mattress was very thin, and the mesh pressed into the body

A small cozy hotel on the coast. The rooms are not new, but very clean and tidy. There are many cafes and shops around the hotel, and if you stay at this hotel on Sunday, be sure to visit the Sunday market.

nothing It was our fault about the air/con but we resolved the problem.

The size was great, the position was very good lots of eating choices close by we found the bed to soft as were the pillows . but it was OK car parking was excellent

Only thing I worried about was the windows were open it did not feel safe,. They may need screening of some sort. Especially if you have children stay.

Bedside tables were a little small .… one of us uses a CPAP machine. I would want a washing machine in my apartment for a longer stay.

It was as little humid in the mornings as our Windows faced the sunrise, however it was Summer..Cold shower or dip in the pool needed.

We had a fabulous time, the accomodation was very spacious and clean, beds very comfy and walking distance to beach and shops. Highly reccomend.
