Beautifully decorated and comfortable apartment with great views. Well located. The attention to small extras were excellent like laundry powder, coffee, tea, milk, biscuits and the wine. Thank you we really enjoyed our stay!

Very nice location coming from New Zealand and never been to Melbourne the location was awesome over looking the river, the guide was very professional in welcoming us to the city and the appartments . Would like to come and stay again

Best service on arrival with guided tour to apartment. Well equiped rooms, with added luxuries of bottle of wine, packet of timtams, water, and plenty of towels.Free trams to the city at the front door. Location and views are spectacular- especially at night!

The apartment is very spacious with a huge balcony overlooking the Harbour. Tram 48and 11 have their final stop at the front of the apartment. It is in the free tram zone making going around the Melbourne CBD very easy. Double tandem car park good for two cars.

Great waterfront view. Within free tram zone and easy to access. In the kitchen, you get cooking oil, salt and pepper to start with. Supermarket is just opposite the building and is open till 11pm. Coffee machine is an add-on. The gym has good equipment. Also a small swimming pool on the ground floor. Big glass in both living room and the bedroom provides a beautiful harbour view. Lots of space to put luggage and move around. Bed is very comfortable. Highly recommended 👌

You were made feel very welcome and nothing was any trouble. Room was amazing. 1 bedroom overlooking the Yarra. Little touches, bottle of wine, biscuits, slippers, felt like royalty. So clean. Trams straight outside, very convenient. Loved it all.

The apartment is quite small and the second bedroom and bathrooms are very small but all lovely.

We liked the location with the free tram across the road and Woolworths supermarket a very short walk from the apartment. The views were great, with something always happening on the harbour to keep us amused. The lovely gesture of wine and biscuits from the host was much appreciated. Communication with the host was easy and they were very obliging. The apartment is walking distance to many attractions including the casino. The apartment is smaller than it appears on the internet photos and there was little room for a suitcase in the second bedroom. That said we would definitely stay here again

Reception was very helpful and checked in with us right through our stay. The locations was fantastic with access to the free city tram network in the Melboune CBD Views also very nice.

The sheets had some sort of blood stain, the kitchen sink was plumbed wrongly and burnt my hands a couple of times. The location is hard to get out when there is an event at Marvel Stadium.

The views were fantastic, the swimming pool was great! The staffs were great in their communication and apologetic for what happened.

The height of the blinds were a bit hard to reach for me as I'm only 160cm tall. The hot shower temperature keeps fluctuating as it is run. A shower cap was not ptovided.

We were greeted with very helpful service and the inclusions of complimentary wine, tim tam, and 1 litre bottle of milk were nice touches. Slippers for everyone were great too. Provision of cooking oil was also a great help. Location and view are simply exceptional.

The balcony tiles were not fitted properly and were loose which gave the elderly person a little scared. Lol
