Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Shower difficult in our 2 bedroom cabin. Chairs looked attractive but were uncomfortable and we only needed max 4 in our cabin. Space in main bedroom very small compared to other cabins we have stayed in
This was a good price at this period for these facilities, it was clean and tidy and had a comfortable double bed. We enjoyed the heated pool and local pubs for dinners. Once we got our head around pre- messages,emails, texts, boom gates,codes and wrist bands it proved beneficial

The crap water pressure and heat/cold consistency. It never stayed as you planned, scolded us at such short notice. I had to hold my hand under the water the entire time my 6yr old son had a shower.

Cabins were squashed in, very tight to park a large car, particularly if the other cabins were occupied. Playground and pool were closed.

Splash park water was on the colder side. My kids could only play for abit then became cold shivering and wanted to go to the main pool. Mini golf $20 and go karts were extra cost to use which was abit disappointing given cost of our cabins to stay at the park . Pump track didn't open until 10am due to noise restrictions which is understandable however abit annoying given 10am is quite late for noise restrictions.
Cabin was very comfortable and spacious. Splash park was a hit with the kids, pump track was very popular with kids too. Great coffee from the corner store cafe which opened from 630am do your self a favour and visit! Haha

I didn't like the lack of trees. in number and maturity. The cheaper sites were very exposed to the sun.The grounds need a recycle water system to maintain gardens and trees which will make the overall aesthetics better and meet climate change needs. I also didn't like the weed spraying around the tree bases - hopefully the spray used was organically approved, and not glyphosphate based. I would not expose my grand children to any areas of glyphosphate spraying. Better to put in a square of weed mat around each tree and lay an irrigation dripper line as well. Place a bucket under each tap to catch drips and either encourage visitors to empty it onto trees or have staff do so on their rounds. research the value of trees in increasing liveability and people's state of mind.
I liked the children's water play area, although the temperature was too hot and humidity too high for comfort.

The location was amazing. Facilities were incredible. As a young family of 5, we enjoyed it very much and shall certainly return in the future. Our boys enjoyed the splash park and the heated pool. The jumping pillow was a good laugh.

The sound travels too well between the cabins. Could hear people in nearby cabins having conversations when trying to sleep. Need more than 2 toilet rolls for a 7 night stay. The bunk bed mattress were firm and thin, so not ideal for an adult to sleep on. Would be better to have back supporting mattresses, as adults need to use these beds too. The couch was lovely, but very low down and very hard to get up from if you have troublesome hips or knees. The couch needs cushions, so we used the bed pillows to support our backs. The chairs are sturdy, but the design is not comfortable if you have a troublesome back. Straight backed seats at a good height like an old fashioned solid wooden seat work so much better No bread knife. Having to actually buy table tennis bats if we wanted to have a game.
Love Inverloch! Everyone is so relaxed, warm and welcoming, everywhere we went. The BIG4 Ingenia Holidays staff were so pleasant and responded straight away when our TV turned off, they sent one of their staff who was so lovely and smiled all the time. He replaced the TV and fixed a dodgy bathroom door handle whilst he was in our cabin. Love the herbs growing by the BBQ area. The security was very reassuring. The double bed was wonderfully comfortable. Beautiful fresh very clean sheets. The large fridge was wonderful. It was great to have the gas top to cook on. Round table an excellent choice.

Staying in the ensuite cabins we could hear the people next to us banging and making noise till early in the mornings . Our kids didn’t sleep till after 1am the first night and midnight the second. We understand the cabins are close together but you can hear everything. Next time we would choose another cabin/site.

The facilities don’t open until 9. Most places we have stayed have them open at 7. It would be nice to be able to go for a swim when it’s not as crowded and before check out. The shower head - didn’t stay up no matter what we tried.
The location is amazing, so many activities to do and nice clean properties.

Park had great facilities, the cabin I had was well equipped and clean but just a little old. They had many newer ones so I'll pay a bit more next time and get one of those.
