We all enjoyed the experience. It was very supportive. Next time I would like to book a cabin with wheelchair and disabled friendly access. I really liked the location to facilities and shops. The grounds were clean and tidy and the children liked the pool. If I was to offer some advice it would be to heat the pool as it can be quite cold, especially with small children.

I chose to travel and have an experience with my Daughter because she didn't believe me that there could be a bus with a toilet. However the toilet didn't work. Unfortunate but true. The reason for taking two extra children was based on the consideration that my daughter may not have the opportunity to make friends and play with them, My primary roll was in the best interest of providing a happy experience away that is affordable and close-ish to home in a lovely location with greenery and witness different coloured leaves, etc. As for cleanliness,.. There is no issue, only praise... Being physically handicapped it was difficult to leave my cabin immaculate and when I explained that situation the lovely cleaner said that I didn't have to worry she relieved take our belongings and ourselves my angst by stating that "that's alright, that's what's we are here for. I appreciated that considering I could barely walk. Also I would like to mention that during check-in we had a gentleman take our belongings and ourselves to our cottage.

Cabins in the back corner get the garbage truck right there at 6am on a Monday morning. And it is LOUD. It sounds like the garbage truck is in the bed with you. Also, we weren’t made aware on checking in that we needed to hire and pay for balls for the fuseball and the ping pong table etc to use the games room.. so come 5:45 when we wanted to go play some games with the kids, the office was closed so we couldn’t hire anything which meant we had no way to play. Very disappointing as this was the way we wanted to spend our evening. Double bed rolled inwards, fairly frustrating waking up dozens of times in the middle of the bed with the husband right on me; now I’m not complaining! But this section is asking what I didn’t like so there you go haha.

Great location, cosy park, close to everything. Cabin was cleaner and more roomy than expected, aircon worked fantastic and thank goodness cos it was HOT! Pool was beautiful, the one staff member we met was friendly. Other than that, the park is tidy, clean, lots of manicured green grass and the cabins were nice with everything you’d need. The pool and little slide is great, kids had the best time as did us adults.

The wheels on the bed, but also understanding that it was easier to move it around to make space.. Just the overall feeling that you were isolated from the outside town , but so close that you could walk to the shops.

Close your shopping while giving the feeling you are not in the town.

They ask for you to leave cabin clean but there were cockroaches in the cabin and cobwebs and dead bugs in light fixtures and webs window sills

The beds were too hard.....single bunk beds were smaller that the average single bed...length & width wise

Kids play equipment at the front of the park rather than the centre. Can only access items for the games room within office hours. Quite alot of pot holes in the road. A permanent person was complaining that the kids were noisy when they had not done anything. It made us feel uncomfortable.

Close to heaps of shops. Back gate accesses a bakery that does big breakfasts. Enjoyed having a nice outdoor sitting area. 2 bedroom cabin spacious, ceiling fan and air con was great.
