We weren’t there to watch tv but when we were having quiet time back at the cabin or winding down for the night we found a lot of the channels didn’t work. Nothing major but it would have been nice to watch a movie or something other then sbs and cartoons

Its a shame the pool closes so early for a family resort. The cafe staff could do with smiling and not complaining to customers on how busy they were, how heavy the drink trays were, how tired they were etc.

This is a great resort for families, great pool for kids, cafe onsite, nice walk to the beach.

Neptune's Castle never seemed open if we just wanted to go for a quick play (supervised by us or them) and not book into the scheduled session time in the morning so we didn't use it in the end. I was expecting that it would be open all day and we could come and go but it wasn't like that.

We stayed in the Holiday Lodge and it was really comfortable, spacious and well equipped and on a quiet road. Ive never slept well on the first night in a hotel bed but this one was so comfortable. The big slides and splash area were fantastic. Marine Discovery Centre was a fun experience. The convenience of the cafe/restaurant was fantastic and having it overlook the pool area and the BP on-site was also so handy. The creek and beach being so close and being able to explore the local area was great. The adults only area was very nice even if to just get some peace and quiet to read a book! Really big outdoor kids playground area. The staff were also really lovely. We really enjoyed the stay and highly recommend the holiday lodge.

A perfect balance of kids and adults area with the playground water park Ripples cafe and adults only pool and spas. Very friendly helpful staff the cabins are spacious with great outdoor bbq facilities too. Comfy beds. Special mention to Prue for the massage.

Aircons in 52 were moldy and stunk badly. Beds a bit uncomfortable. Loud tapping/dripping noise underneath 53 kept half the house awake all night, this also upset the people in 53 as they were looking for the cause. Everything else was good

Two storey house right next to the pool was amazing. Plenty of room, comfortable beds, spacious and clean. Large fridge and spacious balconies were well received. An excellent family holiday house.

Absolutely LOVE the coastal cottage cabins, beautiful, modern, clean, tv’s in every room, fans in every room, aircon in every room, beds were supper comfortable, customer service was wonderful, really really enjoyed our stay here. The facilities definitely need some attention the kids club Neptune smells really bad it’s quite obviously very old, playground also could do with a bit of an update, the water park could also do with some renos, the ladder on the bunk bed in our cottage number 61 also needs a sand and a paint, would be great if they had more bikes available for hire but otherwise we loved everything about our stay will definitely revisit at some point.
