Beautifully presented property. Comfortable beds, although electric blankets would have been good as it was cold. The furnishings in the living room were comfortable. Good parking. Prompt response regarding a couple of queries I had during the stay. Plenty of supplies in the kitchen. Very nice bathrooms

Clean, comfortable accommodation. Walking distance to main street, restaurants, pub and shops. Both bedrooms have ensuites so perfect when staying with another couple.

The double bed was placed under the window which meant that when the blind was down and the fan was on, the blind banged against the window frame near our heads. We fixed this by not using the fan and used the air conditioner instead. Dripping water from the air conditioner onto the carpet on our third night there kept me awake but this didn't happen on the previous two nights. Perhaps this was related to indoor and outdoor temperatures.

This property was in a great location. We could walk easily to cafes and restaurants. I particularly liked the cafes and restaurants recommended in the welcome information. The coffee, tea and milk provided was most welcome as was all the necessary equipment in the kitchenette. Parking outside the accommodation was ample and convenient. The bathrooms were fantastic. I particularly liked the water pressure and large shower roses. The decor had old-fashioned character which was one of my criteria when choosing accommodation.

everything was great - if i want to be a painful complainer then all i can fault is the bathroom door squeaked so disturbing if 2 people in the 2 bedded room (oh and bathroom fan didn't work) but this is so very minor it shows how great the house is!!!!

the only downside was not realizing the carpark was at the back of the building when we arrived, but once we read your compendium inside, all was great, this may have been an over site on my behalf, but do not remember reading this in any email I received.

No information up front about the car parking being in a car park behind the apartment. It was not as secure as we would have expected. The kitchen was a bit tight could do with another small bench turned into a breakfast bar for kettle toaster and coffee machine opposite kitchen area. Especially if there were 4 people or a family trying to use the onespace. Bed needs a head board as sitting up in bed is difficult leaning against a blind. Also doing so is damaging the blind when it's down.

We enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen despite not having an oven was very adaptable and functional. We were able to cook simple evening meals and not have to eat out every night. The beds was very comfortable and pillows amazingly comfortable, bathroom towels were luxurious and the full size bottles of bathroom products were a great touch. Having a large amount of regional touring brochures and visitor information was extremely helpful. The apartment was very clean and organised. Ease of entry via the electronic coded key pad was easy to use. The apartment was with in walking distance to many cafes restaurants and shopping great to leave the car and walk to these places. It was very convenient to have a washer & dryer despite them not being in the apartment was easy to locate and use.

The retrieval of the code. Also slightly worried about how often the code is changed? I would expect for each new guest and maybe that is the case.

I needed to call to get the code, it was late and I think was supposed to be emailed to me. This caused a delay in entering the property.

Kitchen area is small without oven which limits ability to stay in and cook but has microwave and dual hob.

Very clean and well maintained property. Good onsite parking and a very short walk into town. Quiet location and two bathrooms were very handy. Check in was smooth and good, polite communication from property management.

Door handle on the inside of the twin room bathroom would not work so if there was nobody else in the premises to open the door from the outside the affected guest would have been locked in. This was reported to the provider who was very responsive to the issue. Also, although the apartment was very very clean when we dropped something on the bedroom floor it showed that the floor under the bed had not been cleaned recently - not a major issue but still needs to be addressed in an apartment as good as this .
