No food or drink provided, small cafe doing breakfast and sandwiches would of been good. Also I understand the weather in this region is very wet but I think its important you keep on top of the areas that become water damaged or stained as it can add a detrimental effect to the aesthetics of the building.

Pool are is a bit worn down and not very well kept. Mould on ceiling of bedroom caused by AC I assume. But still didn’t ruin our stay just some minor things.

Staff were lovely and very helpful. Room was nice and spacious and had everything we needed including washer and dryer. Parked beside reception which I would recommend doing as the other carpark is down a steep hill. Short 10 min walk to centre strip.

Nothing the walk into town is about 12 minutes having a rental car was handy 2 min drive. It’s a fairly steep walk up to reception.

It’s great value the apartment was bigger than I thought had everything you need with a great balcony & lovely water views.

We were a party of 4 adults, but we only had 3 chairs on the balcony. We asked 3 times for another chair, and were repeatedly told by reception that they were “working on it” the toaster was also not working properly, and they were “working on it” too. They obviously did not work on it, as neither chair or toaster were sorted during our 4 day stay. However they did manage to fix the safe in the room.

Pool was very good. Parking was good. Beds were comfortable

No room service at all for new towels or check up on us as we stayed for nearly a week. Quite disappointing. Had to keep going to reception to ask for towels. Also bins were full dont know where to put them so filled up shopping bags with rubbish too

The facilities were old, including the kitchen facilities, the laundry machine and the toilet. More importantly, the cleanliness I would say poor. The toilet was so dirty when we arrived the hotel. The room services team didn't clean the mess. I saw used toilet paper and hair still in the toilet. The hotel didn't operate room services for the room. They only clean the room for longer stay guests (above 1 week or so).

The location is great. Only 10 minutes walk from the port of Airlie and close to stores, restaurants and supermarkets. The front desk staff was really friendly and helpful. He helped us to book trips during our stay and provided lots of suggestions.

It could have like a 24h snack/cold drinks machine in the lobby. Our flight got delayed so we got there really late and everything was closed. It would be nice to have an option. And the pillows were very high, so it hurt my neck a bit.

Location is amazing the views are just breathtaking and its very chill.

A little bit out of the town, but only a 10min walk away and also on a bus route.

Really spacious, clean, comfortable apartment. Kitchenette was really well stocked and came with a coffee machine. Great view from room. Would recommend!
